As a fertility specialist, I specialize in natural fertility as well as IVF preparation and support. I can also accompany you to your RE’s office on the day of embryo transfer. I also specialize in chronic eye disease, autoimmunity, digestion and pain.

I am also a Functional Medicine Practitioner, which goes beyond acupuncture and needles. By integrating Functional Medicine, I can refer you for diagnostic lab work, analyze your lab work, and prescribe treatment with supplements, herbs and nutrition.

History

Established in 2004.

I have been practicing in the field of holistic medicine for over thirteen years, and have worked alongside other healthcare providers throughout my career. While in graduate school, I worked at the John Wayne Cancer Institute as a Clinical Research Coordinator. My Torrance office was established in 2012, when I decided it was time to create my own experience and really blossom. I recently added an office in Long Beach too.

I am not only an Acupuncturist! As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, I also offer lab testing and prescribe nutritional supplements based on the findings, to treat the root cause of your health concerns. My patients will vouch for the fact that I am relentless when it comes to figuring out what’s really causing their discomfort. I spend a lot of time with each patient and really listen.

I also offer a lower cost stress clinic which is a 30-​minute treatment for $ 65 (add $ 20 for the initial visit only).

We also take PI and WC cases.

Business Owner

I have been in private practice in Los Angeles for the last 13 years. I hold a Masters of Science Degree from Samra University, and I am licensed to practice nationally as a Diplomate of Acupuncture. I’m currently working on an Associates in Clinical Nutrition.

Originally from Boston, I moved to Los Angeles in the late 80s, to continue a career in international marketing, but became disillusioned with the corporate world and felt that my calling was more to be of service to others. I had always been interested in medicine and healing, and with my frequent business travel to Asia, I grew enamored with the culture and spirituality of the East.

My practice focus is fertility, chronic eye disease, autoimmunity and pain. I practice differently than many Acupuncturists – I offer more than needles and herbs! I am also a Functional Medicine Practitioner, integrating state-​of-​the-​art lab testing with nutrition.

I have two offices to serve you – Torrance and Long Beach (new).
