South Bay Pool and Spa Supply

I’ve been shopping at South Bay Pool and Spa Supply for 25 years. Great place.

After reading the above reviews I decided to give them a shot. The prices are pretty good compared to the internet and guys there are very knowledgeable on pool stuff. Will definitely come back for bigger items when needed, but meanwhile keep up the great work and will def buy from you again! RECOMMENDED

I had an issue with my Whisper Flow pump dripping water from the bottom, and my local pool guy determined it was the seal gasket. After the change 7 days later it was still leaking, so I called him back. He put silicone and 10 mins later still leaking, his conclusion was «my pump was no longer good and I needed to purchase a new pump» for small drips of water? Very frustrated and countless research in the Internet and finally, when all things fail I turn to Roy whose always honest and upfront with me. I took my pump apart on SAT and drove it to his store 24 miles from OC: in 5 mins he was able to pin point the problem and go immediate to work.
Today my pump is running smooth and water crystal clear again (without buying a new one). Just very thankful that me/​wife met Roy where pool industry don’t make people like that anymore. When all things fail and your rookie pool fixer can’t see between the lines or have solutions for your prob, Roy is JOHN RAMBO of his experience when it comes down to it. Again my husband and I had a problem with our pool motor.
Roy did a great job at finding the issue, fixing it, and at the same time providing excellent customer service all within 10 minutes!
