This dental office will gave you false quote. My husband had work done here about a year ago the staff confirm that insurance will pay for the work we just have to pay a copay of 170. Therefore my husband had the work done three months later we received a bill for over 1,200 dollars. Since I was the primary card holder I called the office to see why we received that big bill. Apparently Someone in their office didn’t do their job and didn’t verify with the insurance that the coverage only paid a certain amount of %. I spoke with the office Manger (Monica) if I’m right she was rude and really unprofessional. Can’t explain nor try to help she told me to call the insurance myself and figure out what happen. Don’t make sense why I have to do her job and do the research they should of done it on the first place! Refuse to give us any payment plans even tho my husband said he would pay it. So people just before Make sure they give you the right quotes. The staff represent this office which means UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t let them charge you thousands of dollars later.

Dr Rome has been great to me and I am sad I am moving out of the area bc now I have to find someone new. He has good bedside manner, and straight-​forward with his billing and when a did some bonding work on my teeth that I chipped the next day when eating an apple, I called and he told me to come in right away to fix even though I did not have any appointment and his book was full. Thanks Dr. Rome.

They get you in and out! That’s my type of establishment! I was recommended here my my coworker. And I would’ve never known what a great business this was if it weren’t for her! I’m a bit of a star snob and I’m always looking at the number of reviews and stars a business has. But, Im so glad I didn’t check the number of reviews before coming here lol. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’re good about educating and informing their patients when treating them. And also, I really appreciate the thoroughness of their services. They really care about your teeth here! And not to mention the free stuff they give you is awesome lol. I’ve only been here twice but I will keep coming back! Thanks Dr. Rome and staff for keeping my smile healthy and clean :)

Customer negligence!!! This place is not a good dentist office to go to. The Dr is nice but the front desk people are rude they cursed out my wife while they thought she was on hold on the phone but she heard everything that was said. My insurance paid for the work then 3 months later they call and say they didn’t get paid. I think they are doing something illegal here i would not go here unless you like rich people to treat us middle class people like we’re not worth anything because we are not wealthy! Now I’m gonna be in collection because of their negligence

I’ve had Dr. Rome as my dentist since 1980. I’ve had to go to other dentist because of my work insurance but have always come back to Dr. Rome. In my opinion, he’s the best at what he does!

Dr Rome is a terrific dentist. His staff is friendly and attentive, but most of all, the dental experience is practically pain free. My teeth are in great shape and I give a good deal of credit to Dr. Rome and his staff. When I arrive I am seen instantly… no waiting. That is rare these days at any medical office. I highly recommend Dr. Rome to anyone seeking quality dental care.

LOVE this office and the staff. Had to get a cavity filled unfortunately, but it was surprisingly painless and I was in and out in 30 min! I go here for my teeth cleaning and regular dental needs.

Over the years I have been to many dentists who try to talk you into ‘extra’ work, which usually leads me into looking for a new dentist. That’s how I wound up here. Dr. Rome and his staff is great!

Finally found a dds for me, he was my wifes dds since she was 5 so he had to be good. He won’t fix it if it ain’t broke kind of doctor
