History
Established in 1981.
The Law Firm of Kavesh, Minor & Otis opened in October 1981 and has grown over the years from just a handful of clients into one of the largest estate planning law firms in Southern California and the entire country.
The firm was originally started by attorney, Philip J. Kavesh, as a sole practitioner with just one client. It was originally based out of the Orange County area and moved its main office to Torrance (near the intersection of the 405 and 110 freeways) in 1987. In 1991, Mr. Kavesh joined forces with now retired attorney, Roger Minor and in 1998, Mr. Kavesh also merged with now retired attorney Robert Otis. Over the years, The Law Firm of Kavesh, Minor & Otis has expanded its services to include one of the most complete Living Trust estate plans available anywhere, as well as to include advance-level estate planning for larger estates and financial and tax planning services through its affiliated professionals.
