My first time of shredding some important documents that I was carrying for a long time. It was a breeze, just take your stuff at the station and you can witness it as it gets shredded right infront of you! Great price, looks very secure and excellent customer service, I surely recommend this place.

I was blown away by how easy they made it for me to drop off my company’s old medical files to be shredded. I had to come a second time and it was right as they were about to close. I felt so bad but they were so nice and had such a great attitude. The service here is great as well as the reasonable pricing. They took all my boxes out of my car and gave me the certification that took only about 10 minutes! They have outstanding customer service and efficiency. I’ll definitely come back next time I need some shredding.

Esther was terrific. Emptied out the garage of all my old documents. Enough to fill one of their big grey barrels and it only cost me $ 15.00. Great place.

I drive here all the way from the DTLA area to get this done. I get compensated by my employer for the mileage and shredding so I make the trip to Torrance without hesitation because the service and prices are exceptional.
Esther Kowalke has helped me both times and is always pleasant and honest. I would definitely recommend this place for your shredding needs. They shred and recycle many materials (paper, CD’s, hard drives, etc.) for a reasonable price. Check’em out!

5 Stars does not do this company justice… There should a «10 star» rating! This company was on time, professional in every sense of the word. Quick and efficient with their handling of all the documents that needed to be picked up. I will be using their services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them! AAA+++

I pulled up here one day when I printed about 500 pages of sensitive documents, and they were quick to come to my vehicle get the papers and walk me through the shredding process. Quick and customer service was excellent! Next time I’ll be sure to bring more documents :)

If I could give them a 6 star I would! I drove up, the customer service was wonderful. You get to listen to head phones while the conveyer belt dumps all of your documents in the shredder! All hands free! $ 15 up to 60 lbs. chain stores can’t beat that!

Great place! I went there today to drop off documents from work. It is a flat $ 15 fee for documents under 60 pounds and 25 cents per pound after that. Great customer service. They even helped me to get documents from the trunk of my car :)

As others have said, fast and convenient shredding services.
Open on Saturdays for those of us who can’t make it M-​F and I was able to schedule in a appointment to witness the shredding within 30 minutes of the time I called.
It is a flat rate of $ 15 to shred up to 60lbs so ping your friends and relatives if they’ve got anything to shred as you’ll pay the same flat rate.

I had 7 banker boxes full of papers that needed to be shredded. I made an appointment to watch them be shredded as these are sensitive documents that I have to be very careful with. The building has great parking and I was able to drive right up and they unload it. The staff was very helpful and nice. I highly reccomend AAA shredding!

Love this place! They helped me shredded over 500lbs. of paperwork! Just drop them off and you’re done. You can even stay and watch the shredding if you like.

Very nice family owned business. The paper shredding is fairly priced and you can call ahead to make an appointment if you want to witness the documents being shredded.

Absolute Awesome and Affordable Service!!! The people were fast and friendly and my documents were shredded on the spot as I watched with some head phones. $ 15 to shred upto 75lbs (3 boxes of documents).
$ 20 to shred 100 lbs (~4 boxes of documents).
To actually watch the guy shred your stuff which is fed via conveyor belt into the shredder, you need to make an appointment. Otherwise, you drop off your materials (which will get placed in the queue), pay, and get a certificate of destruction.

Trust them! No need to witness shred.

Over 25 yrs of bills and mail shredded in 20 minutes. 350 pounds gone! Very professional & fairly priced at 25 cents a pound. Very Liberating! & we witnessed it all! Do yourself a favor and use this firm. You’ll be happy when its done!

Great service. Fantastic price. $ 20 to shred 100 pounds of papers, and she insisted I watch my stuff get shredded. I was impressed and really appreciated the price, service and professionalism.

I had to shred a bunch of sensitive materials and didn’t want to spend the hours doing it on my office shredder. After doing a quick Google search for document destruction services in the area and calling to see how much each charged, I found that this place had the best deal.
They charge $ 15 for up to 70 lbs of document destruction which translated into about 3 – 4 box loads of documents. Other places wanted a lot more so I quickly scheduled an appointment to bring over my documents.
I was met by the owner in the office who was very friendly and she she directed me to the shredding room where one of the employees helped me shred my boxes of materials by throwing it all on a conveyor belt that led up into a giant shredding machine. You could even watch the documents being shredded on the closed circuit television they had viewing the shredder as it chomped away at all the waste material.
After we were done, I paid my $ 15 and the owner gave me a certificate of destruction. I discovered that you could also shred computer hard drives here so, if you have an old computer you need to get rid of, you could take it here and they will shred the hard drive so that all the previously saved information is not compromised.
I will be going back here again once I have a build up of documents to shred which should be in a few months.

Can you say «Wow»? Well, you should, if you can’t…well, you’re retarded. Or mute. Well, anyway, I like this place a lot. Whenever I need to destroy something I always know where I can head to. Documents, furniture, cadavers, neighborhood children, anything really.
Staff is always very welcoming and dignified. They won’t take crap from anybody. Which, in my opinion, is a very good thing. Customer service is a good thing, I get that. But employees deserve to stand up for themselves. I once tried to have them destroy San Fransico and Gloria Alred’s office, but they said they couldn’t. So I was all like, «bitch, you better help me destroy Gloria Alred.»
We ended up brawling in the parking lot. She shot me in my arm and I died.
