Tedford P.

Manager

Born and raised on Bainbridge Island, Wash., Tedford moved from the Northwest to Southern California to attend Claremont McKenna College, where he earned his B.A. in International Government and Business Management while playing football and lacrosse for the school.

After graduating, Tedford headed to Alaska to brave the seas as a commercial fisherman in search of adventure and gain. After many stories, and valuable lessons learned, he returned to Los Angeles to dive into the business world.

These people cons. They come into your business and misrepresent themselves as if they come from the company that they represent, and then they try to sell you a service that the company can’t even provide. One of their reps came in representing AT&T and promised a DSL upgrade that AT&T was not actually able to provide. When the AT&T tech came out to install he ended up ruining our second phone line and informing us that he couldn’t do the upgrade. So, after all that, we ended up with a broken rollover line and no internet upgrade. They make you promises they can’t follow through on, and they are only interested in closing a deal. Not okay.

These people identified themselves as being with ATT. They put down a name and phone number on a sheet of paper. . We agreed to accept the service. When the day came. Our phone service was disconnected and we were without internet or phone service. We called the phone number, it was a man’s name, not the woman that came, apparently not related to these people. They put the so cal group in tiny print, but we found the website. We called them three times. Each time they would hang up. They clearly misrepresented themselves. I am going to file suit for fraud and ask for treble damages on all the wasted time and wasted business. I hope everyone else burned does the same thing.
