Torrance, CA
Called to schedule an appointment because the refrigerator wasn’t cooling. Scheduled an appointment for the same evening. Appointment time came and went and the repair man was a no show. Called 3 times and despite the recording that says they will call back in a few minutes I received no call back. (They advertise as being available 24 hours a day). They insisted on a credit card number to schedule an appointment. Let’s see if they try to bill me.
