At the age of 24, I came over from Japan with high hopes to open my own sushi restaurants. While my previous experiences were in starting up sushi-centric restaurants, this is the first time I’ve been charged with seeing a restaurant beyond it’s opening. While my experience in management is still defining myself, I can guarantee that my sushi making skills are of the highest caliber and invite you to experience Tokyo in Torrance.
