United Medical Imaging

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I must say, it’s a pleasant experience. It’s clean, the staff is nice, the service is efficient, and it’s pretty quick. Jessica is awesome!

I was there for my 2 year old for a chest xray. The front office person has a bit of attitude and cut me off even before I was about to ask me something. Anyhow my expectation for this kind of place is pretty minimum, I didn’t bother too much until I saw the people sitting with me was gone and more people came and they’re gone and I am still waiting about an hour with two little kids. Adults can wait but kids, it’s really hard to wait with them. If I knew this was the case I would have gone to the private place and pay out of pocket and not deal with this. When I asked nicely first when we are going to be called, she cut me off and saying there are many people who scheduled an appointment ahead of us. I was there for a xray so only walk-​in is allowed so people who made an appointment even if they came much later went in first. If she explained to me the situation at first on the phone, I would have not gone there with two kids. This is so ridiculous. At least, she can be a little apologetic but very arrogant. Long time ago, I used to work in one of imaging center in LA and know the type of work and working condition but you can be still little nicer to pepople.
Actually the place is pretty clean and nice and the technician was a super nice guy but I won’t recommand specially with little kids unless you are willing to wait forever. After an hour and 20 minutes, they called us and the xray took only few minutes. If I didn’t complain to her, I would have easily waited for upto two hours.

Was there for about 2 hours for one ankle x ray, and the radiologist took the wrong angle of my ankle so I had to retake it. Didn’t go back there, that was for sure. And to top it off I got a bill 4 months later. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere better where they don’t have outdated machines and a better attitude.

The two main staff members I work with are Jessica in scheduling and Ingrid in medical records. They are absolutely wonderful! Always very courteous and have a great attitude when helping me out. They are also very prompt to fulfill my request which I am so grateful for!

Great staff, fast and efficient for X-​Rays. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
The technology however was so outdated, they used the large panel x-​ray inserts rather than a digital image super old school, the facility itself was also under construction which made it pretty hard to find the correct suite.
