We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding. Walteria flowers, with the talented designs of Jae and Teri Ito, decorated the venue, tables, the outside arch and stair case with amazing flower arrangements. The bouquets were creative and lovely.

I’m sorry, but Walteria flowers DID IT WELL!!! I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet online and I was super convinced that it would be small/​wimpy despite the price. (Also because the website was kind of janky). Boy, was I wrong!
This arrangement looked even BETTER than the photos online (thank goodness). I live in SF and had them delivered to my mom’s work so you can imagine my hopes that it would be the perfect surprise … The woman did birth me after all!
The flowers look fresh and full! I also believe that they arrived early enough in the day for her to enjoy them. Thanks for delivering, Walteria Flowers! Thanks for making my mom feel special even when I am not in town to hand deliver.

Recently, I wanted to send a birthday arrangement to a special friend celebrating a landmark birthday ~ and Terrie very patiently helped figure everything out so that the a lovely delivery was made, and the recipient was delighted!
For another more somber event, we needed a funeral arrangement with specifics of size & color ~ and again, Terrie — also Jae — helped in creating and delivering the most beautiful flowers.

Jae Sun Ito is a super star in my books!!! She did an absolute fantabulous job on my nephew & his wife’s baby shower on Saturday, August 1^st, 2015 @ the Portofino Hotel & Marina Bayside Ballroom. She did my centerpiece and I asked for the WOW affect… she delivered!!! She also did my centerpieces for all my table… they came out beautiful!!! Lastly she did the table piece for Roger & Mallory’s sweetheart table… absolutely stunning… it totally matched the gazebo the table was placed under!!! She is very detailed oriented, professional, ideas are just endless and an overall great individual to work with!!! If you are undecided on whether to use Walteria Flower Shop… pull the trigger… you will be totally satisfied!!! Thank you Jae Sun Ito and your entire team!!!

Stopped in a week before Christmas to place an order for an Iris arrangement for JANUARY. Discussed details with the owner and placed my order. She said arrangement would be ready the night before and I could pick up anytime the day I needed them.
Fast forward to the day I need them (2 weeks later). Called in the morning to confirm they were ready only to be told that the specific flower I needed in the arrangement wasn’t available. Girl I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She sent me a picture of what was supposed to be a $ 40 arrangement, which I could have thrown together myself.
Horrible customer service. Will never come here again.

Wow. Never order from them!
I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece from
which included 3 individual small arrangements. Walteria accepted the order. The day before Thanksgiving, 1 of the 3 arrangements was delivered. I called Walteria and was told by the woman answering the phone that I only had 1 order, and that was all I was receiving. When I brought it to her attention that the order included 3 arrangements, she informed me that she couldn’t do it for the price quoted and that the order was canceled. I informed her that this was my Thanksgiving centerpiece and I needed something, she told me that there was nothing she could do. I asked if they had a contract with 1800flowers and she said the contract was canceled and hung up.
A note about the flowers — the small arrangement was lovely, but did not include the flowers promised. Normally, this wouldn’t have bothered me, but in light of the situation, I felt it necessary to note it.

My daugther is attending SoCalRoc and is an intern at this flower shop. The staff here is phenomenal! Their arrangements and their gift shop selection are beautiful! I would suggest this Flower Shop to everyone! They are very kind and their work is amazing! Stop in the next time you are in Torrance. You will not regret it!

Beautiful flowers and arrangements as well excellent customer service. There was a small error in my order which they promptly righted but still (knowing I had a party that night) made a special effort to send me a stunning bouqute-​delivered to my door– for my party… gratis to make up for their small mistake! Well done!!!

This my third time using Walteria Flowers for delivery to my mom, and my last. Every time the flowers were delivered late when I ask for a morning delivery. Today’s delivery still has not been delivered and it’s 3:30 pm!

I have used them for years. Even when I moved away I always called them for deliveries in the area. The flowers have always been beautiful and fresh. I have never had a problem with their service. They have always been kind and courteous even when I have had last minute requests. I like to support independent businesses and this one delivers above and beyond with the personal touch.

I have been a customer since the 60’s and I always keep coming back to them. Tried others but you get what you pay for at Walteria Flower Shop. They have the best flowers and service in town.

I agree with Patrck C, this is the best flower spot in Torrance. You do really pay for what you get, which is quality flora. I believe it is Japanese owned, but really nice Korean ladies work there. Extremely helpful & willing to find flowers for your budget.

This is probably the best florist shop in the Torrance area. They have a really great selection of flowers and arrangements. Roses as good as any other place in LA. They don’t really have anything too exotic, but this is a great place to go for some of the more traditional stuff for Valentines, Mother’s Day, etc. They aren’t the cheapest, but also not expensive as some places in LA. But you are paying for quality, and that is what you get here.
