I’m here on vacation and desperately needed a threading. I saw a groupon and purchased it and called to make an appointment same day (Saturday). The woman told me she was booked but to come in as soon as possible and she would take me.
I have never had a threading experience like I did here. The woman was phenomenal and the threading didn’t hurt like it does back home. Excellent customer service and now I have beautiful brows!
I have found my go to spot when I’m in town.

This place is a little corner shop on union blvd. with a wonderful staff! They are quick yet efficient. The prices are also a great reason to go, but I have never been happier with my threading experience!

DO NOT GO THERE. I am outraged! You don’t mess with a woman’s eyebrows. I know that sounds vain but I went in for the second time and the heavier set woman with contacts was the one who took care of me. So stay away from her. I told her EXACTLY what I wanted and she COMPLETELY IGNORED my request to simply clean my eyebrows and not change the shape at all. When I called her out on it at the end, she blamed me for not specifying that I did NOT want her to thread my half of my eyebrows off. So not only am I extremely unsatisfied with the service, or lack there of, that they provided but then the treatment I received for actually speaking up about something I didn’t like was atrocious. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
