Business Owner
Having handled over 1,000 cases in court during the last 15 years, David brings a wealth of courtroom experience to the trial table for his clients. David is a former Public Defender and the third generation of Partners with Preller, Preller & Paliath and he is very proud of the fact that he has had the pleasure of practicing law with both his father and grandfather. David’s practice focuses mainly on Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, and Workers Compensation. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal courts in Maryland and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit; he is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association.
