I have been here a total of two times and this past time will be the reason why I never come here again. The guy who did my nails was fine. he did a good job. but his co worker killed it. she kept trying to get me to purchase other things evens after I told her no at least three times. she asked if to buy this cuticle oil so many times to the point that it got annoying. then she said I should pay in cash because it’s better that way. when I go into a business I do not like to feel pressured in any type of way. I wouldn’t go back ever again in life

Great customer service. I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve gotten exactly what I’ve asked for. The owners do a very thorough job and make sure to fix all mistakes before you leave. Both gel manicures have lasted close to 3 weeks before I had to go back and get them redone. They even took the extra time to put acrylic over my two problem nails at no extra charge. I’ll be going back this afternoon and every time I need future manicures.

New Managment is a win! Lena was LOVELY, she has just joined this salon from Julie’s recently (!) — she is sweet and attentive @ Lovely Nails! She expertly with firm yet gentle hands massaged and groomed my beautiful pedicure ! She is a uniquely gracious technician, from my experience at other salons. Because she was so lovely, I indulged in the sublime Oil & Stone Leg & Foot massage.:D only downers: the salon is not glamorous and the owner (male) is grumpy– but happily silent… but the price was good and the mani-​pedi was perfectly done! Lena even used top coat and drying assistance products that insured my shiny nails weren’t marred! Thanks Lena!

So I came today after about two months or so and they are under new management. I didn’t know Brian and Kim were leaving… however, it is a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I came here to relax and clear my mind and that’s exactly what I was able to do!
The pedicure was amazing! Lena did my eyebrows and she did an excellent job! I am totally relaxed, my feet feel great, my eyebrows look amazing and I am ready to start my new job tomorrow looking and feeling great and relaxed! I will continue to come and get my services here:-)

Very friendly group of nail techs. Tina, Angel Kim anyone of these lovely ladies will keep a smile on your face while they take their time making sure you have lovely nails. This is going to be my regular spot now. And I live near Druid Hill Park.

So I’ve been a frequent customer of this place and always bring my friends here. My sister wanted to get her nails done so I recommended this place. When we step in, I ask the man in front how much it is to remove gel polish. He tells me $ 10. I turn to my sister, clearly not talking to him, who is picking colors and say wow it’s only $ 5 in NY. I was still planning on paying the price at this nail salon and dropping another $ 30 to get a new gel refill. The manager sneers at me and says «Okay, so go get them done in NY.» Excuse me??? Go check your attitude. So I politely tell him that I will do just that, and we leave. I will never get my nails so e there again and they have lost a loyal frequent customer. I will also tell everyone I know to no longer come here. Learn to treat your customers with respect. My hard earned dollars will go elsewhere.

Friendly and fast service! I received a manicure and pedicure. The one woman working there was especially friendly and accommodating. She even helped me put on my socks and zip up my boots. $ 30 for a manicure and pedicure was a good price for the area.
