Great Falls, VA
Great buying experience. Steve Postol, the GM, and Phil Woodley, my sales person, were top notch. The combination of their personalities, the attention they gave me, and the small size of the dealership made the my purchase more pleasurable. I special ordered a car and they were extremely helpful in the configuration of the car, kept me up to date on the status over a 6 month period, and were very accommodating to me at the time of ultimate sale and delivery. Nice to see there are sales people and dealerships still around like this.

Great dealer experience today. Every other Porsche dealer I’ve taken cars to (see: Len Stoler, oh God no, not them…) has been less than helpful.
I called Brian in service today to get help on a small fix. He took me immediately, fixed the problem and we were done in 15 minutes flat. When I asked what I owned him, he held out his hand and thanked me for coming in.
What? A Porsche dealer thatt is sensible and practical? Where did this come from?
They were flat out great. After today’s experience I will do all my service here and buy my next car from them. Great experience, well done!

OK… not that you are going to be looking up Porsche dealerships on Unilocal but… I feel it’s my duty when you have a business that is worthy of being recognized for great service!
Steve happened to greet us as we went in just simply to look and dream today. He was engaging and NOT pushy like most car salesmen. Steve continued to show us around and give us the full treatment as if we were his most exclusive client.
We looked at some cars on the lot after he let us roam and asked for us to come back and see him if we were interested in anything he had on the lot or if we wanted to order something they didn’t! I let him know again we are just browsing around and he didn’t need to waste up his day for someone not buying and he told me you never know when you may want to make the decision to buy and it was his job to make sure we were taken care of regardless. To me THAT is amazing in this day and age of the over informed customer.
If and When I have the need to buy a Porsche I will be back to Porsche of Towson!!!
