History

Established in 1984.

The Resource Group was founded in 1984 in Towson, MD as a partnership between John E Davis, PhD, Gloria Uhl, and Charles Whitfield, MD. The organization was founded to focus on healing from addictions and other mental health issues. The organization has grown and has affiliated with a number of highly skilled practitioners and has come to be known as a place for those needing mental health and substance abuse treatment support in the Baltimore Metro Area to find help.
