Can’t say enough about AI and Andrew. His experience and professionalism are second to none. He has worked on and repaired both my kids laptops as well our family desktop and saved me literally thousands of dollars. He is always very thorough and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process.
All I can say is that if you think your device is dead check with Andrew first before spending a bunch of money. I did and I saved money, time, and frustration.
I’ve worked with other services and it always seems like they over promise and under deliver, not the case with Andrew. He’s honest, reliable and works quickly.

Andrew is one of the good guys! You can tell he is very sincere, and enjoys helping people. He came out to our business and got our internet/​networking issue resolved quickly. And helped relieve some other issues we were having. He was very thorough and informative. We had been using another computer repair company for 10+ years, and we never felt like things were resolved when they left. Andrew, however, made sure everything was working the way we wanted it to and all questions were answered. There were no loose ends when he left.

Another 5 star for Andrew. My in-law’s computer died on us and my first thought was to call him — since it was yet again beyond my ability. He took the computer same day that I called him and got to work. It was hardware issue after hardware issue for him, and also throw the hard drive dying in with all of that (we had tons of family pictures and other documents that were important on it). But he did a fantastic job getting it running and recovering all of our important data, installing new parts, and reloading windows and the data back on to our machine.
I know he poured a ton of work into this old computer, and we really really appreciate him making it possible to have our computer back pretty quickly (less than a week, due to having to order parts, and also just because he kept running into issue after issue — this computer is OLD!) on top of it being what I feel was too good to be true pricing.
We will definitely be giving him our future business. Thanks so much Andrew, you are a true professional.

Andrew was great! My VERY old computer was on its last leg. I told Andrew my main concern was to save my pictures then if possible salvage my computer. He did both! My computer hasn’t ran this well in a very long time. Andrew is very knowledgable and professional. Will definitely call him again for any future computer needs.

My HP All in One stopped working all of a sudden. I started looking for a repair service and found Ai Computer Services. Called and he was able to take my computer in right away. Within the same day he was able to diagnose and tell me what what wrong. He transferred all my data into a new hard drive. THANK YOU! My pictures were saved!

Honest, straightforward, fast service. My Dell computer suddenly stopped working. I found Andrew on Unilocal.I left him a message, and he called me back shortly with some suggestions. I decided to do data recovery. I dropped my pc off, and everything was ready the next day. He deserves more than five stars, but five stars is the only option that I have. Highly recommend.

I had two laptops that were in pretty bad shape. One was infected with malware and the other was just plain slow with a damaged keyboard. Andrew made a great initial assessment of options, timing and goals. He did a great job on everything and kept me in the loop with updates throughout the entire process. Hands down the best service for computer help I have ever received! I called and left a message to ask if it was possible to have my friends hand-​me-​down computer cleared of all old information and set to all factory settings so I could use it as my own. Surprisingly, Andrew gave me a call back answering all of my questions, I dropped off my computer, and he fixed my computer the very next day. My son’s laptop had a virus with major pop ups. Contacted Best Buy where my husband purchased it and was told to have the geek squad diagnose and fix the problem for $ 200! Forget it! My laptop was experiencing the «blue screen of death» at an ever increasing rate so i thought i should get it looked at by someone with computer skills greater than mine. I tried an on-​line thing, but when i am making suggestions to the «expert» i knew i was in trouble. I called Andrew on a Saturday and even tho he had other commitments, he made a plan to meet here in town to pick up my laptop.
With some persistence he determined what was wrong and fixed it, at a very reasonable rate.
What i appreciate most is the fact that he kept in touch throughout the diagnostic period, letting me know what was happening and how much longer (and how much more $$) it would take.

I highly recommend AI Computer Services. Andrew was super helpful and rid my computer virus and explained all the cool anti-​virus programs he installed so that this wouldn’t happen again. Very professional and cool, would definitely go back again for my other house computers.

I have had issues with my laptop for a while… my laptop would randomly shut down and have a blue screen with white text whenever I hooked up to my printer or log on to the internet. I am not computer savy, but I needed my laptop fixed ASAP cause I am about to start my last semester for my Masters. I just moved to Tracy and found Andrew who was a life saver! He fixed my computer in an afternoon and made everything convenient with my schedule. Andrew drove to my house to assess my laptop and then took it home with him. Was able to drive it back when I finished my work shift for the day. My family has found the computer guy we have been looking for! Thank you Andrew for great service and getting my computer running like new :)

I wanted to thank Andrew for helping us with our computers. My main business computer wouldn’t load up. Andrew came to my house to diagnose it. Decided it would be better to take it with him for further diagnosing. Found out the hard drive was done with. Showed me what I needed to order then installed it and made sure everything was running correctly. His services saved me a come hundred dollars.
