Absolutely fantastic!
They did a great job getting us off the side of the road. I give James a lot of credit for coming way out to the «boonies» to get our car! He helped us get my handicapped grandma out and into the new car there to pick us up.
James also was pleasant to wait with us, for a new car to come and get us off the road!
Also, car was towed in good condition all the way home (70 miles!).

6−16−2015…Locked my keys in my car at work… thought nothing. Called every tow truck service around Tracy, going rate was 75 to 100 bucks for a key lock out. After I kooled off and re-​searched tow trucks in Tracy a second time Associated Towing poped up. Jimmy answered right away, asked what city I was in and said «no problem, a key lock out? 40 bucks I’m on my way… When he arrived I explained what the compititian quoted me, he replied «for a key lock out no way». In short Associated Towing didn’t leave me hanging… Call them when in a bind. I definitely will again ya diggg…

Jimmy showed up fast, was professional and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him again.

Best towing service I’ve ever had! He loaded my van so fast and effortlessly. You can tell this guy is the best at what he does.

My timing belt broke on my car while in Sacramento with no way to get back to Tracy. Called James, who left Tracy right away to Sacramento to tow me back to Tracy. I had my buddy show up to give me a ride. My buddy also ended up having car trouble and needed to get have his battery swapped on the side of the freeway. James rescued both me and my buddy on that day. James is a nice guy that really likes to help his customers. If I ever need a tow truck again, James will be the my first choice.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. He came exactly when he said he would and even sent me a text to update me on his current eta. He pulled my dead car out of the driveway and decided to try to jump start it instead of blindly towing me to the dealer like I requested. My car started! Wow. I didn’t think it would. I wanted to pay him for his time but he refused. Amazing! Who does that anymore? Since I have a cupcake van in tracy, I gave him some extras that I had for his excellent customer service! His number is now programmed into my cell and will be my go-​to tow truck for all of our cars and my cupcake van! Thank you so much for your awesome service.

My luck is spent when it comes to car issues and I’ve had to call a ton of tow trucks but Jimmy made a lasting impression! I would recommend his services to everyone. He quickly changed my tire and sent me safely on my way. Thanks again Jimmy!

In a bind? Jimmy is your guy… Not familiar with the area and in a unknown neighborhood, I had to leave my car unlocked with a hope that he would find my car after I left it. Not only did he shoot me a text when he picked it up, he also worked with my insurance to help me out. He knows about towing and all things cars… very professional and very good at keeping folks calm in an anxious situation… Definitely trustworthy, reliable and fair.

The driver said he’d be there to change my tire in 5 minutes… And he was there is literally 5 minutes. He changed it for 30 bucks. No tow truck service can beat that.

He is a life saver! We were stuck on 1 – 5 northbound for 45 mins. When we called in desperation for a tow, Jimmy quickly dropped what he was doing (at the dentist) and came to our rescue! Thank god!
On top of that, he is a very nice guy. He can hold up a conversation with you make you feel at ease. My husband, I promise was going crazy, but when we hop into the tow truck, he was mellow as a bee.

Jimmy is very awesome. My car stopped on the side of the road and he was very quick to come to my rescue. He is friendly, professional, and his tow truck is the cleanest tow truck I have ever been in. Oh and by the way ladies, he is very handsome, that helped a lot lol. Jimmy is fantastic! He is quick, reliable and very trust worthy! He gets things done right! It seems like every time I’ve had to deal with AAA they want to drop my car off at the closest shop possible with the most expensive prices so they can get the job done and move on to the next one.

I was at an event in San Leandro, California and I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. OMG never have done that before, but I was very busy and my girlfriend said I will call my son he can take care of that for you. I said that is okay I have AAA, but all my information was in the trunk, feeling really stupid I said okay. I have never in my life have a tow truck come to my aid as fast as he did. I was very impressed with the punctuality he showed. He opened my car with ease and I tried to pay him for his time, travel and work, he said no. What, I could not believe that he wouldn’t take a payment. I guess it was my lucky day and I will have to pay that forward. What a break and a very nice young man. Thank you James it was really appreciated. So glad you came out to rescue me. I will be calling you if I should need or my friends.

I got an email from the business owner recently to let me know he had started his own company. Awesome! I’ve used his service 2 – 3 times in the past ten years (yay for having a car that doesn’t break down often!) and need him for a job of moving my rambler up to the trivalley a few months from now.
