Love this store, the staff is great so glad they hung around while the outlet became ghost town. I have been coming here for 6 years and still shop here for my three boys. More recently the young man that works there named Isreal is so kind and helpful. He really does at great job always makes sure I have what im looking for.

I love this store. I hate the location. I have never had a problem here, and the employees are great. However, today I went in and my sister and I heard a young employee(no older than 20), say rather loudly, «I hate when ugly people come in with their ugly kids. Ugly babies freak me out,» before she rolled her eyes and leaned against the counter. The two other women working there rolled their eyes and one of them mouthed an apology to me. This is the first and only time I’ve ever had an issue and love the older women that work there. It’s all around a great store, in a sad, ghost — town of a shopping center.

Pretty big selection and reasonable prices after the discounts. Was searching for a few dresses for my one year old daughter and bought way more than I intended to get. Staff was decent and the store laid out in a clean and intuitive way. I will go back.

The 1 star rating was due to the customer service I received. I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon & was 1 of 2 customers in the store. There was a male & female associate behind the register discussing visual changes that we’re happening that night. Mind you, I wasn’t listening in they were talking that loud for me to hear clearly. After 2 minutes of being in the store I still hadn’t even been greeted, so I walked right by them, maybe that hadn’t seen me. Still no «hello…how are you… what brought you in» just kept in their discussion, «oh if those go 40% off I’m calling so & so because she said she’d buy them». I would have been happy with a simple«hi», I like shopping on my own anyways. Customer service now a days keeps customers loyal & in the Tracy outlets it’s not like they have a ton of customers coming so every customer counts. I actually found a lot of cute items for my 5 month old little girl but I am taking my business to the Livermore Outlet store where I will be acknowledged.

This is a great store in a sad location and by sad location I mean a once great Outlet Mall which now looks like a semi-modern ghost town. Until my niece was born I really didn’t pay much attention to stores like this but now I could seriously blow a considerable amount of cash money here. I should be fair, it’s not blowing money when you’re buying your beyond cute niece an outfit or 500 that would make the runway girls in Milan gasp. The clothes are seriously unlike any I’d seen in the baby sector without making her look too grown-up. I’m also very pleased with their toy selection in both stuffed and hard varietals. The store clerks are tops too! I’ve been told they have no plans on closing which is good because I have no plans stopping my money draining activities there either!

My «rating» is on the store itself. If you like Carter’s it pretty much sells itself. Cheaper than Babies R us and they have even further discounts. Girls clothing on one side and boys on the other, easy to find things, and clearly priced. Cashier/employees didn’t seem to happy or friendly. I can never understand why people choose to work in a field that requires interaction with other people if they are not people friendly. Smile folks it’s not that hard, also acknowledge the customer when they come up to make a purchase. I couldn’t tell if she was going to ring me up or continue writing things down on her paper.

We love Carter’s clothes for our little one, and happened upon a 50% off the whole store event. On top of that we got an additional 10% and had a coupon for 20% off… you do the math. I was disappointed to find out that one of my items had a hole in it after getting home. I called the store to find out if they had more and they did not. The employee I spoke with told me I would have to call around to find it. I thought it was weird that a) they couldn’t do a system search and b) that I was going to have to call myself. After calling several stores and coming up with nothing a really nice employee in Fremont suggested I stop in to one of the stores and they’d honor the discount on my receipt… love her. So we stopped back in here and a super-helpful employee was not only willling to honor the discount but gave me an even exchange on a more expensive item! It was a happy ending and we’ll definitely be back.

My son is two months old and I LOVE buying clothes for him! I love it even more when they are a quality brand like Carters. I love it the most when they are $ 5.00, especially since he will be in them for two weeks before I have to go back and get some more. Everything is half off, they send coupons, and the clothes, shoes, and accessories are beyond cute. I have had HORRIBLE service here. My last two experiences were these. I approach the counter with an armful clothes and the salesperson is writing something down in one of the store notebooks. I stood there for twenty(yep, I counted) seconds before she even looked up and said«Hello» from her position less than two feet away from my face. I am your customer, dumbass, and there is no line to speak of, so just put it aside. What if I had been the District Manager doing a little mystery shopping? Man, I wish I had been! the next time I went to exchange something and buy more, and had to wait while the cashier flirted with her co-worker and they had finished their conversation. Then she grabbed the item I wanted to exchange off the counter(still having her conversation) and started to ring it up, until I shouted, «Hello! I want to exchange that item! The receipt just fell on the floor!» Sigh… What happened to customer service, people?!
