From the beginning with Mark the salesperson to the fifth wheel hitch install and walk through with Marvin an every one else in between, our experience was great. I have been to Delta RV more than once for my rig and I can not begin to express my satisfaction with them. They have always gone above and beyond what I expected. They never try n sell you something you don’t need, don’t push unnecessary repairs and are always there to just answer questions and give advice. Being recently widowed, I needed to learn a lot and they were there for me. The technician is a perfectionist and makes sure everything is done right!!! Strongly recommend that any rv’r goes to them:-)

My disabled husband and I pulled in to Delta RV today on our way home from a trip. Our tire blow out on our 36 foot motor home. When we pulled in we ask if there service department was open because we needed a new tire. The man there said the service department was closed but he would check if someone else was open so we could get our tire fixed. I called AAA while we where waiting and the owner of Delta rv come out and told us we had to pull off his lot. Rather than helping and getting our business he rushed us off the lot while we where in distress. I would say there not very helpful or nice people and have no compassion for others there just worried about make another sale. I would never have my service done there or buy anything from them for that matter.

My husband and I just bought our first RV and we can not say enough great things about our experience at Delta RV. Steve had a very low pressure approach letting the coach sell its self. We asked that several things be fixed on the coach before we bought it… which they did a great job arranging. They kept us updated on the status. Being first time RV owners we did not know how to work the RV. The tech Marvin did a fantastic job showing us everything there was in running our rig and even gave us his cell number and told us to call him anytime if we had any questions. It was a really great experience.

My parents bought a diesel pusher through delta rv. First of all these people are awesome. They were super helpful but most of all they are honest business that get this, care about their customer. The fact that they went out of their way to make us comfortable. After owning the coach for a short time a few problems came up. First phone call went smooth and they said to bring it down. No fussing or fighting, just bring it down. When we got there I was sure we would have a problem with service. Nope. Smiles, how have you been and we’ll take care of that. I hope you do your self a favor and check this place out. Good pricing, good service great people

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful the staff is here at Delta RV! We are first time tent trailer owners and needed help having a hitch installed. They were quick and efficient and did and excellent job. Not knowing that I needed a ball and mount, they referred me to where I could purchase one or gave me the option to buy one from them but it would need to be ordered and we were a few days shy of leaving for a camping trip. After we purchased a ball and mount and installed it ourselves we didn’t feel confident with our own installation so stopped by on our way out of town. Good thing we trusted our instincts because it was a mess! They all scrambled to help us get the correct parts we needed and even offered parts off their own personal vehicle, knowing we were packed and ready to leave for our trip! I am so so grateful to everyone for all of their knowledge and compassion and making sure we were safely ready to travel. I will definitely refer friends and family and will forever be a customer at Delta RV!

Outstanding people to deal with from the sale to the delivery of our new home on wheels. Customer service is king with me and these folks went over and above. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an RV or needing service or parts. Great job!
