Field of Green did a great job in my front and back yard. They had one crew do the back yard and another the front yard. Both crews were very professional and efficient. They cleaned up everyday and really seemed to care. This turf looks real and is gorgeous. I ordered the «Grand Slam» version. I’m going to recommend Field of Green to all my friends and family.

Why can’t there be a 6 star rating ?!? These people were far beyond anything I expected. Great doesn’t do enough justice. They were on time, on budget and supremely professional. Not so mentioned unbelievably skilled and thorough. I am so happy and so impressed. Absolutely awesome

Our Sales Consultant Barry was fantastic. He knew his product and the rest of the industry in great depth.
We were able to have the installation done a month before that quoted!
The installation team arrived early, worked quickly and by the end of the day, we had a new back lawn that our neighbors admire.
Bottom line… Great products, Sharp sales team, and an excellent installation crew, are what you should be looking for.

We have been wanting to install artificial grass on a patch of dirt that we have in our backyard for 2 years. After working with Jerry and completing the project, we wondered why we waited this long. From the very beginning, Jerry have been wonderful to deal with. He works in a consultative manner and not at all pushy. He was also able to make magic happen by moving up our install date.
The install team was also great! They made the install look so easy, goes to show what an awesome team looks like when working together. Regarding the end result, we are very satisfied with the product that we selected (grand slam plush).
Our son loves it, our dog loves it and most importantly my wife loves it. Thank you Field of Green!

My experience with Field of Green was outstanding from start to finish. It began with the salesman, Sam, who spent a great deal of time with me explaining the process and showing me samples. I received bids from other companies, but the two factors that most influenced my decision to go with Field of Green were 1) Sam, the sales rep, about whom I cannot say enough good things, and 2) the fact that the product is manufactured in the USA. From that point, I had amazing customer service from Nancy, who kept in touch all along the way. When the crew arrived, they were on time, courteous, hard-​working, efficient and accommodating. Contrary to a previous post, they spoke English and were very easy to communicate with. They did a superb job installing the grass and cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

If you are considering replacing your lawn this is the company to call. We worked with Rory and the entire process was very easy. The company does top quality work and is very professional. I would highly recommend them.

A lawn is NOT tax deductible — whether real grass or synthetic. It does not matter if it is a new lawn, or a replacement lawn. The sales person was adamant that it was tax deductible — citing both «energy savings» and the HERO financing program which finances the purchase through property tax bills. He is flat wrong on all counts. Also, the HERO program people claim that it is tax deductible, too, although they are always careful to put an «asterisk» that says, «consult your tax advisor.»
This claim of tax deductibility is their biggest sales tool, and it is fraud. In addition, the sales guy said that the interested rate through the HERO program was 4%. In fact, it is 9%.
As for the quality of the crew that put in the lawn, and the look of the final product … I give them 10 stars out of 5. They were outstanding in all ways. I think the company has a very good product and an exceptionally professional installation crew.
However, the lawn now costs twice as much as I was told. Fraud is fraud.

Rory from the Field of Green was amazing. He came out and explained everything that we wanted to know … and gave us suggestions on what to do in an area where we struggled getting grass to grow. Rory’s knowledge and expertise were top-​notch and his installation crew was equally as professional. They came in, installed the new grass and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. The grass looks awesome and we are thrilled to now have beautiful green grass in an area that was a mixture of dead grass and dirt before. A+ service and product!

Just got my beautiful grass installed & I’m thrilled! It started with Rory, our friendly & very knowledgeable estimator. He taught us about the process & why his product was superior to the competition. He also gave us a fair price. Installation went very smoothly with a very professional and caring crew of four. The lawn looks great and our 3 dogs give it 12 paws approval. Thanks for everything!

This company exemplifies the term «customer service». This extends from the owner throughout his company. Thanks to Brian, Nancy, Barry, and Jose and his installation crew. They went above and beyond the call of duty to give us a perfect installation in our front and back yards. Their guiding principle seems to be «We want our customer to be satisfied with our work, and we will do what it takes to be sure that happens.» I highly recommend them.

I love the turf! But I will explain why I gave this review a 4 star instead of a 5 star.
I met the VP of the company at our local Home and Garden Show on March 15^th, 2014. The VP of the company came out to my home personally just hours after I met him. I was shocked he even came out the same day. We got the ball rolling! And it was their busy time of year. So the we’re booked out about 6 weeks. Which was fine with me. I got an installation date of May 12. They later called me with a cancellation. And moved my installation date up to April 21^st. Hurray! This was great news! The workers did a good install. The company always got back to me right away.
But I HAVE TO WARN YOU that the installers DO NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. I had 5 guys doing the installation and only ONE spoke a few words of English. So, if your not fluent in Spanish, it’s very hard to communicate. The reason I am 4 staring this review is because I caught the workers goofing off and harassing my Carnivorous Venus Fly traps. I have these award-​winning flytraps. And I couldn’t believe they were ALL standing around my rack of flytraps & sticking their fingers in my plants causing all the traps to close. In April the flytraps are coming out of dormancy. It takes a lot of the plants energy to re open a trap. My plants are now suffering from a deformity and did not come out of dormancy like they should & have mutant traps. I’m hoping next year they will be better.

I have read many of the reviews– even the bad ones, and we had no such bad experience with our ForeverLawn purchase and install. Yes, we had to wait just a little longer to get installed than we wanted, but we were doing this at peak season, so I totally understand. I met with Rick Wheeler (sales rep) twice and both times he was a pleasure to work with– very helpful. I felt that the install crew did an excellent job on the install and really meticulously cleaned up as they worked and at the end. Overall a good experience and we are very happy with our new lawn. I’m writing this memo because my husband and I feel very grateful to Field of Green for the beautiful lawn they installed in our front yard.
To give you a little history, a year ago we had pavers installed in our driveway and walkway and also removed our old lawn and sprinklers with a plan to install new sod. For a year, we had nothing but dirt and pavers. Well, about 6 months ago I started getting many estimates for sod, sprinklers etc. Then the California drought came. We felt our plans needed to change. With much research and looking at many, many synthetic turf companies, Field of Green seemed the most attractive, most real looking, and most of all, most reasonably priced. Field of Green was the last synthetic turf company I called (referred to me by a happy customer), and they were the ones we chose.
Their Sales Rep, Sam, a very calm, collective, happy guy came to our house, looked at our dirt landscape and suggested a design adding a paver’s strip separating the planting area from the lawn area of a 1,000 sq ft to be installed. The price he quoted seemed competitive and reasonable. He left a couple of grass samples that I liked, and told him we need to think about this. About a week later, we informed him that we would like for them to do the job. Sam was very professional and easy to work with. He wrote up a contract and was very clear on what we should expect and answered all our questions. He drew for us and their installers a copy of his landscape design. And finally, I picked the Versa Turf, «Grand Slam Plush». I would also like to add that their turf is made in the USA!
Our front landscape is on a sloped hill, and I was quite nervous about how synthetic turf would look on a hill. After talking to Sam a few times, he made me feel calm, and more comfortable that their turf would look absolutely beautiful and he was right.
About a month later, Nancy from the office called us to schedule the installation and very clearly went over our order. She was very nice, friendly and yet very professional.
The project started as scheduled with 4 or 5 workers. Jose, the lead worker listened and paid attention to all of my requests. He and his crew were knowledgeable, confident and very skilled and what they do. All the installers were very nice, hard working and all so perfectionists. We want to thank Jose and his crew for the excellent job they did. We love our synthetic turf!
I also want to add, the fact that we live on a busy street and have received a lot of complements when people driving or walking by. One gentleman pulled up in front of our house and said your lawn is absolutely beautiful. It has «CURB APPEAL».

Sam, the sales rep, did a great job explaining the different grass options when he visited the house. And Nancy, the project coordinator, did a great job communicating w/​me.
I ended up selecting the versaturf grand slam plush.
The final installation looked great, and everything looked better than expected. The installation crew took time to explain every step of the process and asked me for my preferences for each aspect of the installation.
I want find of how their schedules are ‘tentative’. I was targeting a ⁵⁄₈ install since Mid-​April because I knew I was going to be off work that day, and I was given a ‘tentative’ install date of 5/​9, which looked great even the morning of ⁵⁄₈. However, I was called the afternoon of ⁵⁄₈ that they needed to push out the install date another day to ⁵⁄₉. That would normally be OK except it was Mother’s Day weekend, so I had to miss out on the festivities so I could be home for this project. And I guess since everyone else has a ‘tentative’ install date, it was hard to find a different day that would work better for me.
I know last minute things happen, but it would be nice if Field of Green had backup installers.
But overall the service was great and I would recommend them to everyone.

Got coupon in mail for $ 1000 off.
Tried hard to get a quote. Really hard. Tired of watering our lawn, mowing our lawn, etc.
Nancy said they would get back to me the same day, possibly before I had to leave for work at 10 am even. No go. No call that day.
Called the next day and this time we are smart… see the Unilocal reviews and tried to get Rory to come out. Rory makes appointment for two days later. The day comes, I’m rushing to get home from work and Rory cancels 5 minutes before our appointment time.
I get it… stuff happens.
Made another appointment. Rory comes… is very friendly… goes over our options. Says he wants to think about it a bit and will email us the next day.
That was 16 days ago.
We’re done with Field of Green.

From my sales rep (Barry) to the install crew. All were very professional. The new grass looks great. If I could afford it I would have the front done also.

Way beat my expectations. Rich Wheeler the rep is the best so professional and knowledgable. I should have done my yard years ago, I have 4 dogs my yard looks beautiful now. No maintenance all i do is hose it off. So happy I am now doing my side yard. Nancy in operations did a great job coordinating my job. All promises were kept and all was completed on time.
