Need a Realtor? Call Janet. We found Janet through Unilocal.We were driving to Tracy on a Saturday, to look at houses and started calling real estate agents. Out of about 10 agents we called, two answered the phone and one agreed to meet with us. Not only did Janet meet with us on short notice, but opened houses for us that same Saturday! We hired Janet that same evening and have never ever had a second of regret. She always answers her phone or calls us back quickly. She has even rearranged her schedule for us a few times.
The only negative I could think of is that she is super super thorough in explaining everything. it is awesome for us first-​time buyers but maybe some salty buyers would be more anxious to get in get out? but overall, she makes sure you understand everything and takes the role of educating buyers very seriously. For example, I did not know that she cannot represent two buyers if they both decide to make an offer on the same house. ;P
Overall, she is the best. We made an offer on a short sale and she is still updating us at least once a week. Even if she has no new news, she still shoots us emails.
I hope the bank accepts our offer. I will update my review once the deal is completely done. I tried to wait to write this, but our experience is so beyond our expectations that I decided to jump the gun.
By the way, she must have shown us 30 houses before we found the one. so do listen to Janet when she says to take your time and when you find «the one», you WILL know it!
