LRS is your Leak Repair Specialist. With a current A+ Better Business Bureau rating, Landeros Roofing Solutions (LRS) is based in Tracy, California; the majority of our work is centralized within a 30-​mile (or so) radius. However, we also service the Bay Area and Tri-​Valley areas for those homeowners who have larger problems to deal with and, depending upon the situation, we’ve been known to travel as far away as the San Francisco area to the southwest and South Lake Tahoe to the northeast.

Contractor/​Owner Steven Landeros has been assisting homeowners, property managers and realtors for about 30 years. His wife, Julie, is Administrative Manager and handles all of the job scheduling, payroll, miscellaneous paperwork and accounting, marketing and maintains their website. You could call LRS a «Mom-​n-​Pop» business and not be far from wrong! Our clients and their roofs are among our children…

California born and bred, I am a hardworking, talented, and motivated craftsman who is very familiar with the products I install. Originally working for general contractors, in 2002 I began to put my extensive experience (now about 30 years worth) to better use by establishing my own business and serving the needs of consumers like you. One of the ‘good olé boys’ in today’s business world, I adhere to the simple principles of hard work and integrity, fair prices, excellent customer service, and quality installations.

I love to go fishing (that’s a record brown trout caught on Lake Tahoe!) and camping. I love reading Warhammer 40k books. I dote on my grandchildren. I adore my wife who is my best friend…

First off, I’m so grateful to Julie for giving me peace of mind before going out of town while I was stressing about the downspout problem. When we discovered our downspout was rusted on the bottom and wasn’t connected to the drain pipe. We quickly did a temporary fix due to the upcoming El Niño season. I called around and researched on Unilocal.Landeros had great reviews and I learned that they definitely deserved them. From the beginning, Julie tried to help me by asking questions to understand what I needed repairs on. Then Steven suggested for me to email him photos of the downspout. Julie then put me on their schedule. Steven came out to do the repairs on the day as scheduled (while I was out of town). He ended up having to do a little extra to solve the issues. In all, Steven replaced the downspout and added a new flex piece to connect it to the drain pipe, problem solved. I appreciated Julie’s professionalism and her timely manner in responding to my emails. Also, Steven took photos of the repairs and they’re emailed to me. I didn’t have to wait till I return home to check the repairs. Landeros is a 5+ stars business!

It was a pleasure to work with Julie. She was very courteous and professional. The workers did a wonderful job there was no evidence they were even there. Usually I have to do a little clean up after work has been done around the house. Pricing was very reasonable as well!

I’ve been terribly remiss in getting to this review, especially since it’s probably some of the best home service I’ve received in years. You can definitely believe all of the stellar reviews. I discovered a leak in the midst of the last real rain we had and contacted Landeros Roofing. They had a significant wait at the time, but fortunately for me, the rain let up. Whether it had or not, I had planned to hold off until they could do it. Always better to wait for the best than settle for second. Steven and Julie are first rate. They were always here when they said they would be and on time. The quotes and invoicing were prompt and thorough. Steven provides photos of before and after so you can see and understand what is being done. Was also a pleasure to meet them both. If I could give more stars, I would. Excellent!!!

Excellent customer service. Steve is a true professional and Julie is very helpful and patient with all of my questions. They’ve done gutter work for us, installed solar fans on the roof, and now some repairs to new gutters installed as part of an addition that was done by a different contractor. I will call Landeros Roofing again for any roofing or rain gutter needs.

The Landero’s family are awesome. I needed my roof repaired and I called about 4 roofing companies, 3 of them either cancelled or no show. The Landero’s showed up on time gave me An estimate and explained it. They are friendly, professional, punctual and do a good job and give warranty.

Landeros Roofing is awesome. We called them because we had a leak in our garage. I told them the problem we had and we scheduled Steven to come over and assess the damage. He climbed up onto our roof and inspected it while taking pictures. He showed me the problems on his camera when he was done. When he got to the office, Julie sent an email with the pictures showing the damage. They also marked on the pictures what was wrong and what needed to be done along with an estimate for the repairs. We then set up an appointment to get the work done. Steven was in close contact with us in the days leading up to the scheduled repair. In fact he even watched the weather closely in the days leading up to our scheduled repair and informed us he would have to come on another day because rain was approaching. He came and did the repair for us and our roof hasn’t leaked since!
I’d recommend them if you need any roofing done to your business or home. Landeros Roofing Solutions is very professional, courteous and friendly.

I am closing escrow on a house and this company was nice enough to provide input on roofing issues discovered during inspection. Their schedule was busy and they still found time to look over my report and give feedback within a couple hours. In this day and age it’s hard to get contractors to even call you back much less show up. From the interactions I’ve had with Landeros, I have no problem recommending them.

We met the Landeros family when after some showers we discovered a good size leak on our roof from the December storm. The rain was coming back in February and we were concerned — they came the next day and immediately fixed the leak — they took pictures before and after the job. No more leak after that. Great job! They came back last week in March to do some scheduled maintenance work. Again they took pics before and after the job. Can’t praise them enough — excellent job, excellent pictures of the work, excellent record keeping and excellent contract paperwork along with copies of the pictures. But most of all, the Landeros family are kind, friendly, warm people. Very customer oriented. We recommend them highly.

Julie and Steven just fabulous. Even though we didn’t had much rain this year I had gutters problems all over. Steven and Julie treat you like you would like to be treated: direct communications by email and text, explain problems down to details if you are too lazy to go up to the roof :-), very reasonable pricing and excellent work. None of the nonsense that you getting from usual contractors. Steven did few repairs and clean the gutters and downspouts and now our house ready for a rain. Highly recommended and very reliable. Thank you guys. :-)

Seriously, this guy made his first trip out here in the rain, found a hole, patched it, and came back to do other repairs. Plus they came back with photos of the work when they were done. Yeah, 5 stars. I’d call these folks again.

I would have given Landeros Roofing 41⁄2 to 5 stars if it were not for the problem I encountered with one of my downspouts. Landeros had replaced some gutters on the front of my home, utilizing the existing downspouts. During the installation, when either the boss or his trusted employee of many years cut a hole in the gutter to place and solder the collar to which the downspout would connect, the circular piece of metal they cut out fell into the downspout where it lodged clogging the downspout for the past almost two years of little or no rain. During the recent heavy rain in late September 2014, the gutters overflowed due to the downspout being completely clogged. It would not clear with either a high-​pressure hose or by means of a plumbing snake. I had to remove the downspout completely, cut it, remove the piece of metal and re-​solder the downspout.
I guess I am an optimist, planning for rain in early October, and
It would be ridiculous to assume that they didn’t notice that it fell into the downspout. After all when you cut a hole in metal, ithat circle of metal has to go somewhere. They should have tried to retrieve it by taking all the steps that I did. But instead, they probably said «oh well, what are the chances it will cause problems down the road.»
Anyway, I matched the hole with the gutters they installed, and guess what they match perfectly.
So, a company that appeared to do a really good job, didn’t. Shame on you, Landeros Roofing Solutions.

Landeros roofing was great. I checked around at a couple different roofers and Landeros gave me the best deal. My roof was in bad shape and they plugged away at it. I have some more work to be done later this year, but so far I am very satisfied. I definitely recommend them for most roofing fixes.

I cannot say enough good things about Landeros Roofing Solutions So happy that we found them on Unilocal for our first home repair.. I noticed a shingle that I thought was out of place. I called and asked for a quote for a repair, inspection, and gutter cleaning. From the first contact, Julie and Steven were quick to schedule an appointment. Every dealing with them was professional and easy. Although the tile I had seen was actually OK, we ended up having cracked tiles and some dry rot. I appreciated that Steven took pictures so that we could see exactly what was wrong with our roof. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated. The communication was excellent. The price was very fair and the work was done quickly and looks great!
Steven even checked out a problem inside and helped put my mind at ease.
If you are looking for a roofer who does a great job and you can trust call them. You won’t be sorry! We wouldn’t hesitate to call them if we ever run into any other roofing needs.

I am currently selling my house in the Brentwood area and a roof inspector stated I had 2 broken roof tiles and one slipped tile. I contacted Landeros Roofing and they were very professional and responded a couple days later to my home to do the work. Steven found an additional (7) slipped tiles and several more broken tiles that the roof inspector had missed. Steven fixed all the slipped tiles and broken tiles and it was still half the amount that the roofing inspector company quoted me to replace the items on his list.

Landeros Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job for us! We have only been in our home a few months and after the first heavy rain noticed some significant water leakage in the upstairs hallway. We had a roofing shingle fall from our roof during some heavy winds and didn’t have a tall enough ladder to get up there to see if there was damage to the roof. I called them to come inspect the roof and they said they could be out in a day. Steven showed up and checked out my roof just to find out the original builders had left scrap roofing on my house from building. He cleaned up the other scraps on top of the house also. When I asked him how much I owed him he told me not to worry about it! Definitely will use them if I ever do need roofing work completed! On time. Professional. Seemed like a real nice guy.

I had a vey small gutter repair, leaking at a seam above our patio door. I located Landeros Roofing and they were more then willing to come out and do the repair at a reasonable price. They called a half hour before arrivel and did the job. No mess, no hassle.
Great to use locally owned small businesses in our area. This keeps our local economy moving. Thanks for the great customer service. I will be sure to call again if I have another roofing repair or other related issues.
