FAIR PRICES GREAT CONCRETE CRAPPY SERVICE. Tom did my grandmothers concrete late September that came out beautiful! Since she works full time I arranged to be home when Tom was doing his work, no problem right? Starting the first day he started he said he’d be at my grandmas at 8 am, didn’t arrive until around 12 afternoon, okay your a few hours late. Second day he wasn’t as late, but for sure still at least by an hour. Third day he layed down our concrete and said we’d see him in a month for the finishing spray. There was some dirt left he was supposed to return for the following week. A month passes dirts still there & he hasn’t called about our finish spray which I feel is his job to remember not ours. So I called no problem he comes for finishing spray but still dirt sitting in my backyard. Two weeks pass I call for dirt again he says lets do Tuesday I tell him Tuesday’s my birthday if Wednesday works he says fine he’ll be there in afternoon I text him around 2pm on Wednesday what time will he be stopping by and he says «I’ll be there tomorrow around 8am thanks» wow okay so I cancelled my appointment for nothing? Now I’m very angry and today my dirt is still not picked up. Fair prices great concrete crappy service

I had Tom do some concrete work for me about two years ago. His pricing was good, but be warned you get what you pay for. He said he would give me a discount since I gave him some work via my neighbor. Well, after my neighbor haggled him on pricing, he docked it from the discount he said he would give me. Also, he wasn’t able to cut some joints during the pour due to tight spacing (which I totally understand). He said he would come back and cut them in with a saw. Except, I never saw or heard from him since. The concrete has cracked in places he said he would cut in joints. Repeated calls resulted in nothing and because of the cracking it’s past the point of even bothering to track him down. I should not have given him final payment before the job was 100% complete and I was satisfied, but I thought he was a man of his word. I was wrong. I would not do business with this man again. You have been warned.

I’m still waiting for Tom to finish a job I hired him for back in March 2011. A portion of my driveway is tore up (and visible to all my neighbors), the side of my house is tore up, and my kids have BOTH HURT THEMSELVES JUST WALKING ON THE SIDE OF OUR HOUSE. Avoid it? Well it’s been over TWO YEARS, kind of hard to avoid 50% of your house for THIRTY MONTHS.
We’ve been without use of our backyard for TWO Summers and Springs now. We purchased furniture to use in our backyard two years ago in anticipation of our new concrete work. Still waiting.
Worst part? The last time I heard from Tom was after a 5 month delay when he told me «I’ll get to it when I can.» Worst thing than that? I BELIEVED him.
