I yes move to Tracy from San Jose, the customer Service you receive at this location is the best I ever experience, fast friendly and welcoming. Don’t waste your time at Local postal Office, Fedex Office or UPS stores, go to Mail and more for the best service, I give them 10 Stars, great service!

Mail & More is Awesome! Extraordinary service!!! Jolene and Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous. and professional. I sell items on Ebay and I’ve been using Mail & More for almost 2 years now. They professionally pack and ship my items for me and even take photographs during and after the packing process in case something gets damaged because of rough handling. These photographs provide proof in case an insurance claim needs to be filed. Mail & More saves me time and $$$$$$. They compare shipper’s fees, (ie. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) to give me the best possible price. I have used their other services as well and will continue to do so. I highly recommend Mail and More and all the services they perform.

AMAZING. I needed a notary urgently. Jolene took care of me and was professional, informed, and took her time and expertise to notarize my document. A document UPS Store «could not notarize», although they said they could on the phone. Thank goodness I came here instead, and did not take no for an answer. If you need a notary, go here first and talk to their team, they go over and beyond. Saved my life.

So I called this morning because I was on a a short time table to see if the notary would be available between 12 and 1. I was told yes. I arrived at 1208 and asked about a produce that I had bought there previously. The guy waiting on me gave me a look like I was stupid and made no effort to help. Strike one. Then I pulled out the paper for the notary. He said with no apology whatsoever that it would be at least a half an hour. When I explained I had called ahead he said she got held up at a doctor app with no apology nothing just the blank stare. Won’t be going back. Terrible customer service

We had a great experience! We went there to get some documents notarized. Jolene helped us and was very friendly and guided us through the process. She was very kind and gave us a good price since we had a lot of signatures needed. Also her store is kid-​friendly! We had our 4 and 2 year old boys with us and they really enjoyed playing with the toys and puzzles while they waited for us. We would definitely come back! Thank you Jolene!

Jolene helped me with some Notary needs today and was very pleasant. She was 100% more helpful than the nasty girl at the UPS store on S. Tracy Blvd, who couldn’t be bothered with my request. I will go to Mail and More from now on for my Shipping and Notary needs.

I have a mail box there, I have had documents notarized (you have to sign in front of the notary; not before), I have had packages shipped and received there and have had the best of customer service ever.

The blonde older lady is always in a mbaf mood. I have come twice and is the same yjing every time. Today i came with my mother to get a document notarized and she was very rude because the document already had her signature. She is looking a the ID amd the signature matches so she was crazy rude and called me an asshole. do not go in there

When it comes to mailing out boxed products or gifts, I have been going to Mail and More for a long time. I used to go to them when they were at a different location. I like where they are right now because they are closer to where I live. I really like the new owners because they seem to be family owned. It is nice to see businesses that are family owned, especially when the owner’s Mom is working as well. What happened to all the family owned shops? Family owned shops need to be brought back to save America.

been coming here for awhile, I come here because they have friendly staff, and
I support small businesses. they have shipped car parts for me with no problems. even some set of wheels/​tires.
Owner even went out if his way to get my wheels and tires packed properly.
they are much better than the actual fedex or ups office.
I recommend this place to everyone.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not go here if you need help shipping anything. Not only are the miserable, sour-​faced women behind the counter rude, but they do not know what they are doing (and will freely admit it). I would go into details, but I am so irritated, I feel like my rant would be ten pages long. Just do yourself a favor, and avoid this business.
