VERY professional and sincerely interested in his customer, investments, retirement and the goal of retirement and having invested monies to reach that goal. Bracelets? Are you kidding? You are judging him as he support causes? You are shallow and a grumpy tenant, that’s what your rating boils down to. We’ve never met someone more involved in his hometown community, involved in local charties, supports local endeavors, on various committee’s. Sharing his blessing with his community~ Doesn’t suprise us that he’s the #1 New York Life salesman-he works hard! He’s met us at our home after 8:00 p.m. in the evening. Big sacrafice = his rewards. You must have rented in the beautiful OLD building on A Street. Did you do your homework before renting? It’s one of the oldest buildings in Tracy… what do you expect? This has NOTHING to do with OP Anzaldo as a New York Life Insurance Agent. We have and will continue to refer our friends to Oscar. He’s the real deal. honest, hardworking and there for his customer.

Classic insurance salesman: all fluff and polish — and about 25 rubber wristbands, showing he’s in full support of whatever cause it is you support — and zero substance. Will sell you whatever it is you don’t need — and will make it very, very difficult for you to back out of it. Everyone I’ve talked to who bought insurance from Oscar — who is the top insurance salesman in San Joaquin County, I might add — said the same thing. My experience with him was as a landlord. Never checked for lead paint in the building, tried to illegally raise the rent, charges Bay Area rents, often left repairs undone, let renovation workers into the building for loud work without letting us know. At 7:30 a.m. On Labor Day Sunday. Also has a Bush/Cheney ’04 sticker on his car, which sums it up nicely. Avoid at all costs.
