History

Established in 2000.

We are Greg & Teresa Mongeau & we’ve been in the Pool Industry for over 20 years! Pools in our care are serviced on a weekly basis to ensure they stay in the best possible clear & sanitary condition. The pool’s chemicals will be tested & maintained to optimal levels. In addition to chemical & pool maintenance, we also perform service & installation on heaters, solar panels & equipment, pool sweeps, filters, pumps, booster pumps, time clocks, electrical systems & any above ground plumbing, as well as deco seals & mastic.

Greg was elected President on the Board of Directors for our local IPSSA Chapter (2010 – 2012) & (2012 – 2014). And Teresa has served as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for our local IPPSA Chapter from (2008 – 2010), (2010 – 2012) & (2012 – 2014).

We used them for over a year. I would have canceled the service sooner if I had more time to take care of the chemicals myself.
There were weeks at a time that they never showed up to check up on things. Then when they came, they would fill in the previous dates on the card they use to prove they had come. Our pool turned green during one of these stretches and they had the nerve to charge us for he extra chemicals they had to put in the pool to get rid of the algae. Which never would have happened had they ACTUALLY showed up as scheduled.
I have no proof, but I suspect they tampered with our pool sweep because it has mysteriously stopped working since I cancelled their service.
I would not recommend this company and I would advise you not to bother with hem either. In fact, the person who recommended them to me, suggested I switch companies after he had a similar issue with them. I should have taken his advise sooner…

I recently wanted to have a pool party at my residence and when I uncovered my pool in order to see what had happened over the winter, I was shocked to find that some of the algae had started to bloom due to a hole in the cover. I contacted Perfect Circle in order to have the problem fixed.
The Technician was polite and courteous and the price to fix the bloom and set up the pool filters along with testing and adjusting the chemicals, skim and cleaning was very reasonable. I was very happy with the job and it was ready in time for my party :)
There prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Stay away! They will promise a lot and then spends less then 5 mins with pool. Very nice, but will not keep your pool clean even after multiple conversations. They say OK, no problem, then nothing gets done!
