This place can get PACKED on weekends! The drinks are always good, I use mobile ordering when I come here, because the line can be out the door at times! The baristas are friendly despite how busy they are, the prices are good, and they’ve never made my drink wrong, no matter how technical & complicated they may be! Parking can be easy, or it can be insane! It all depends on what time & day that you stop in. But mobile ordering from the Starbucks app really helps if it’s slammed!

This is one of the best Starbucks around. The people who work here are all so friendly. Service is always quick and they have never made my drink wrong. It’s always very good.

It’s so funny when I see people complain. Yes, this place is a drive through. But THATDOESNTMEANYOURDRINKSCOMEOUTFAST. I’ve sat inside, and there is no line but the workers are making drinks like crazy for the drive through. During the summer, people order frappucinos like there’s no tomorrow and they only have two blenders. And people are ordering like 6 fraps at the window. So no wonder it takes so long in there. My advice is to GOINSIDE. The workers are pretty cool and if you have questions, ask. Simple. They always love to assist me with drinks or suggest something new. And I love that about the staff. I give this place 4 stars because I love that the workers know me by name and always say hi. But missing a star because I think they could be better.

Everyone is great. Probably going to stop here every time I go to Stockton and on my way home to San Jose. I have the biggest crush on Sarah. Yes, I’m being a creep.

I just moved to Tracy a couple months ago. Was excited to see a drive thru Starbucks, it’s so convenient for me with the baby. But, every single time I order an extra shot, I pay for it and it NEVER comes in my coffee. And it’s not like it’s easy for me to stop and unload the baby to complain, so I dealt with it. Tried going back a FEW times in hopes that if I remind them at the window I would get the extra shot. It’s not that I need the caffeine that bad, it’s just, I pay for it, and I REALLLY like the way it tastes when there’s more espresso in my soy white mocha, it’s heaven if it’s done right! It’s too sweet for me with out it. But, I never get what I pay for here, so, I go to the Starbucks by safeway now. They never jip me of my caffeine, and I really appreciate that. #momsneedcoffee

I used to prefer going to this Starbucks over the others in town because I like to sit outside. Since July there have been a handful of times I was asked to leave my seat so they could be put away, but that we were welcome to sit inside. And now earlier this evening I went with a friend to get coffee and sit outside but the tables and chairs were already locked up… It was only 8:20pm! Last I checked Starbucks closes at 10pm? Why are they putting away tables and chairs so early?! And since when is it ok to take a customers seat from them when you’re still open for an hr? I don’t go to Starbucks all the time, but this has happened many times to me in the past few months. I think it’s ridiculous. Paying customers should not be asked to give up their seat so tables and chairs can be put away before its closing time.

Best Starbucks in town! Drive thru is fast even though it’s high peak hours. The taste of my drink is always deliciously consistent. Conveniently located too.

The times I went here, there’s always never a line so the service is quick. Baristas were always pleasant, but please refrain from telling me that your coffee drinks have caffeine and I’m giving it to my child. Anywho, drive thru is also easy to deal with, but if you’re not familiar with the place, you’ll miss the drive thru.

The staff here is awesome, they know my 6 year old sons name and exactly what he orders. The wait is sometimes crazy but what can you do when everyone goes at one time. White mochas are my favorite & my kids order these crazy Frappuccinos off the secret menu that they are always ready to make.

I try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Unfortunate today it’s where I ended up and just another reminder why this is the worst one in Tracy. My drinks never ever ever taste right here. No matter what I get it tastes watered down and some how just off. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other 6 locations in Tracy. All the other stores(yes even target & safeway) seem to be able to get drinks to taste the way they should.

Always go through the drive through here when I am in the area and have a jonesing for some Java. Service is quick for the most part but there have been times when the lines have been ridiculously long. 8 out of 10 times they get the order right — kind of had to mess up an americano but once in awhile they do if I ask for soy milk or Splenda… Happy that it’s a drive through one though

Every time I come up to NorCal from SoCal, I stay with friends in Mountain House. And most every time I’m there, I go into this particular Starbucks. Well today was a «first time ever» sort of moment… and NOT in a good way! I’m sitting at a table, talking with some friends, & I notice an employee come out from behind the counter to go & use the restroom. Pretty standard stuff. Want got me noticing her was that she appeared to have to need the restroom pretty bad, because she was bouncing up & down in the waiting area. She obviously had knocked on the restroom door(the women’s room, as well as the men’s room) & confirmed they were currently occupied. Again, pretty standard stuff. What wasn’t so «standard» was what she did next. I noticed she had gone back behind the counter, grabbed some keys, & headed back to the restroom area. She again knocked on the restroom door & then proceeded to unlock the door, only to find that there was a young girl & her kid brother utilizing the restroom. I could see that the employee appeared embarrassed, apologized, & immediately closed the door. A couple minutes later, the young girl & her kid brother came out of the restroom & began to walk back to their table to join their family. As she was walking by me, I asked her if the employee had actually knocked on her door. The girl said that she did & also said that she had said that the restroom was«busy». You may be asking, what’s my point? There are no public keys at the front desk for patrons to ask permission to use the restrooms at this particular establishment. If the restroom doors are locked, it means that they are being occupied. WHY would you think that it would be okay to grab the store keys & unlock the women’s restroom door?! I understand that you have to use the restroom really bad, HOWEVER, you just invaded a patron’s privacy, Ms. Shelby!!! And Mr. Manager Ryan, I truly hope you do something about this. VERY unprofessional actions on the part of this employee!

Since my commute no longer takes me into Sacramento, I now stop into this Starbucks location and boy what a mess it is! It takes me forever to get through the line, my order is always wrong, and I’ve had one experience with one barista who wanted to make jokes because I earned a free drink and wanted to use it. I guess I could boycott Starbucks all together but there isn’t another decent coffee place around. This morning I ordered a ham and swiss breakfast sandwich, got to work and opened up the bag and noticed there was a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich in there. On occasion I would order my iced white chocolate mocha only to have it handed to me hot. The day that the barista wanted to make jokes, I wasn’t in the mood and informed him that I earned a free drink on my gold card. He proceeded to ask me, «Does it feel good to earn that?» I was pretty much speechless. I could of said some foul remarks to him but I just decided to keep it cool. This morning I left a little late for work, drove up into the drive thru at 6:33 am, got my order in at 6:38 am got to the window at 6:45 am and drove out of there at 6:48 am. WHAT A JOKE! All I have to show for it is a measly free drink(which I’ll take gladly), and a Starbucks random employee apologizing for the horrible service. The supervisor or manager Shelby from the last visit offered to give me a refund(which I gladly accepted) and my free drink but somehow that just doesn’t cover the terrible service I almost always receive at this location. What’s next? I’m not sure but I’ll find out here in the next couple of days.

It’s not often I visit Starbucks(hate Coffee with a passion) and when I do I usually go to one inside Target but this location was the most convenient option after doing some shopping. I had a $ 10 gift card from Groupon that was about to expire and needed to use it so I brought Hubby with me where he ordered a Grande Strawberry Frappuccino and Tall Very Berry Hibiscus refresher for myself along with 2 Vanilla Bean Scones to use up the excess. The guy serving was really nice and offered an extra Scone for just 45c more. Total — a little over $ 11. The drinks were ready really quickly but for some reason we had some issues with the gift card, upon scanning it showed up as being empty but I hadn’t ever used it so I’m not sure if the error was with Groupon or something else but the server was excellent and just zero’d our total and said he’s ”got it” when I tried to give him cash. For real? They got a hefty tip that day. Excellent quick service and the drinks were good too. The Scones and other baked items they have are from La Boulange, they’re alright. Never understood the American interpretation of a Scone though.

I visit this Starbucks about twice a month and have never had an issue with my service, my order or their customer service. Why is that you ask? Well, for one, I NEVER use the Drive-Thru. Why? Why being rhetorical. If you’ve read my reviews about this Starbucks, you know I’m not a fan of the drive-thru service window. #1. Why sit and wait when, you can park, walk in and get your coffee before the drive-thru moves. #2. They always F*&* you at the drive-thru so, why use it. 3. If you use the drive-thru and want to complain about how slow it is or why they got your order wrong, refer to #1& #2. My suggestion for those having issues with the drive-thru service is; try parking and going inside. If you do, I think your overall opinions will change for the better.

The 1st time I went to this location, I couldn’t figure out how to get to the dang drive thru from the road BUT alas, I figured it out– it’s in an odd spot for sure. I’ve since been to this location(drive thru only) on several occasions and I like the service I have received. The employees seem to be rather chipper and the line moves rather quickly– noted is that I haven’t been there during the morning so I can’t say how they fair at that time of day– I’m usually there early to mid afternoon.
