XFINITY Store by Comcast

Come into this store all the time. Martha and Jordan are both extremely helpful. All of my problems have been handled in a very timely manner, especially with Martha. Even problems that aren’t necessarily their fault, they do their best to help me. I’ve been with comcast for my internet service for a while and I won’t be changing anytime soon.

Ugh … Customer service??? Not here. Came in, 5 minutes passed No one acknowledged us. No customer service, they either need to be retrained or hire people that understand the value of good customer service

Worst customer service from an internet provider. I have never had my bills be consistent /​same I cannot even be helped about that I have to call instead they say (as if they were separate entities) So the store is pretty much useless it just serves for statement copies and picking up your equipment going to direct tv.

After all the promises on a recorded line and after I sign a new member up for Comcast Comcast they stabs me in the back karma will prevail these new TV programs coming out like Apple are going to take them over. The worst customer service I have ever seen you can’t even call Comcast and get somebody in America

Excellent customer service. …especially with Martha and Joanne here! New center with close by MiPueblo grocery store. Center is clean and well decorated.

Joanne was thee WORST! I literally couldn’t believe how rude she was to me. She was talking in a pleasant tone the whole time, all while being a TOTAL jerk to me. Very passive-​aggressive and unprofessional. I literally couldn’t believe how bad my experience here was. As if the Comcast call centers aren’t bad enough!

The problem is the service. My service goes down intermittently without explanation.

I don’t work for Comcast and am also upset about them dropping our Bay Area channels. I live in Mountain House. We do still have KPIX channel 98 that is in SF which is a CBS channel. I also heard that Comcast has no say but is a network thing. The networks control what area they’re in. In the case of KTVU, that’s a FOX issue. I miss KTVU a lot since I do 99% of my business in the Bay Area.

I spend $ 170 per month and I get Pitiful customer service with bad attitude. The gals that were there years ago were wonderful people. Where have they gone? :/

A friend of mine dropped her overprice voice over IP Comcast Phone service and bought a Basic Talk Phone Service from Walmart. When the day came to port her phone number over to the other service, Comcast completely cut her internet connection off. Now she also lives in an area with poor cellular service so imagine trying to fix your computer internet connection in the house when you have to stand outside to get cellular service. A trip to Comcast was only good for a reassurance that porting over her phone should not have interrupted her internet. Then it was back to customer support over the phone for several trips around the merry go round of modem resetting before they finally agreed to send out a service man. Now I am betting some idiot that cut off her internet will fix the issue overnight and possibly the service call will not be required, but we shall see. As I have said before, the bigger the company the more screwed up they become.

Canceling Bay Area news from KTVU to just have Sacramento news stations when you live in Tracy CA makes zero sense. Screw you Comcast!

#1 — I am on a fixed income, so my question for Comcast is, «why doesn’t Comcast have a Senior Citizen price rate for folks who are on fixed incomes?» Last year I customized my venue for our Comcast service, which included TV & Internet. Which brought my payments down to a very reasonable price for a Senior Citizen, I was told by the Comcast Service Rep. that this price would remain in tack for two years.
Today I received my statement from Comcast indicating that I have has to $ 20.00 price increase, which brought me back to the price I had initially??? This is a major bummer…
#2 — This next issue is very major to me being a consumer of Comcast, and a resident of the Bay Area. I have even wrote to our US House Rep. McNerney about this issue. Most of us who reside in the City of Tracy, or nearby Mtn. House commute, work & do commerce in the SF/​Oakland/​SJ Bay Area… And «not» in the Sacramento Region of California. San Francisco is 60 miles away, whereas Sacramento is 76 miles away… So why in the heck do I want to see Sacramento Television Stations, when I know NOTHING about Sacramento, or the areas that they are talking about in that City???
I as a consumer want to know what the weather, & traffic is like going to SF, Oakland, or SJ! It is really foolish what Comcast is doing regarding the Tracy Corridor in regards to the SF Bay Area. When in reality most folks have moved from the SF Bay Area to the Tracy Area!!! Please let us keep our SF TV Stations! ~ Thank you.

Just pray you got everything done and not have to wait for anything. My story is I recently switched from verizon to the comcast business account. I got the TV/​Phone/​Internet package. Would you believe its taking 2 months just to port over my old phone… It just plain sad. after countless calls, manager promises, still nothing. frsutrated, im even thinking of canceling the account and switch back to verizon. Comcast is great, but the service SUCKS!!!

Was suppose to have my cable, telephone and internet hooked up by August 26^th. Still nothing. We have had approximately 6 service calls to the house, one construction crew to re-​wire the cable because «the wiring is outdated». That was Saturday September 8. There was suppose to be a piggy back opt so that they could hook cable up as soon as they were done with the re-​wiring. Didn’t happen. We have called the 800 # twice and after approximately 1 hour and 48 min I was disconnected. Next day my roommate did the same thing, called the 800 # and after approximately 2 hours was disconnected. Both of us went back down to the cable office in Tracy yesterday and they didn’t even apologize. Said the earliest opt was going to be Friday the 13^th. Really!!!
Customer service was he worst. What is a person to do?
