Haystacks Brand clothing is designed and sewn in Northern Michigan. Signature prints and specialty fabrics from around the world stitched up into simple, comfortable styles are what the customers come looking for. Several times a year the collection changes, and new prints are added to the current collection, while others are retired. Haystacks sources fabric from Brazil, France, Los Angeles and New York.

Haystacks has become known for its wide variety of colorful scarves and unique accessories, you can be assured that there will always be something new and unique each time you visit. Other popular brands you will find at their different retail locations throughout Northern Michigan and online include Michael Stars, Three Dot, Splendid tees, and many many more.

History

Established in 2001.

Haystacks is the brainchild of Lizzi Lambert, who began Haystacks sewing printed pants on her dining room table. The e-​pant or energy pant immediately caught on and the line has expanded to include many other styles, using beautiful, high quality fabrics in prints and solids. The most popular item in the line is the Haystacks Bias Skirt, an above the knee skirt sewn with an exposed lettuce edge, which has caught on with everyone from teenagers to grandmothers. Most of the Haystacks Line is still being made in Suttons Bay Michigan. The business has expanded to include 7 retail stores, and a successul online business.
