Nuss Property Management is a small company with the ability to be dedicated to quality service for each individual customer. The owner, Joe Nuss, and his employees have decades of experience in a variety of trades. We look forward to serving the greater Grand Traverse area for many years to come.

My name is Joe Nuss and I am the owner of Nuss Property Management. Over the last 15 years I have had many jobs of many different trades. With the knowledge and experience I have acquired I decided to start my own property maintenance company. Between myself and my 3 – 4 employees we are capable and qualified to preform just about any task necessary in maintaining the beauty of your property. As the owner I make it my obligation to be at every job site preforming the work alongside my workers. I also make sure my employees share the same dedication and drive to perfection to ensure quality in our finished products. One advantage of dealing with a small company like mine is that I am always a phone call away. Each of my customers have my cell phone number so there is never lack of communication. Another advantage to our customers is that by using us for multiple services you eliminate multiple contractors and enable us to cut your costs.
