Williams Fast Lube & Touchless

1.5 hour wait for an oil change and shuffling cars around from line to line. I don’t live here but am in town for a wedding. Thought it would be a quick stop but everyone was moving slow and just not a good first impression. Looks like I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. They made me move twice had two other cars go in before myself. When I was originally the first car in line. Only to have the guy come out and tell me it was going to be a little bit. Then I go in talk to the manager and the guy is a dick!!! What a joke hope you enjoyed loosing business to Express Oil on Garfield at least they took the time to vacuum my car and change my headlight. While changing the headlight all for under $ 50!

My family and I just recently moved to TC and one of the many to-do’s was finding a reliable place to have our family vehicle serviced. We’ve had a bad experience in the past, events where a bad oil change put our vehicle in the shop for a few days… so we’re kind of picky.
Williams Fast Lube was great. Even though there was a line (about 4 cars in front of each bay), they line moved fast and I was in quickly. It was my first visit, and I didn’t have any coupons or discounts, so the tech was gracious to give me a paper that had a coupon and allowed me to use it on this visit!
At the time, I was having a little issue with the cap on my radiator, too, and while there, the guys were able to identify the problem and though it took several tries, they didn’t stop until they were able to resolve the issue and get the cap in working order (I know… it’s only a cap, how hard can it be? I felt better when it took three techs to figure it out, too. I didn’t feel quite as dumb as I did in my garage when I couldn’t get it fixed!)
These guys are good. They are quick. The work space is clean, they are super friendly and your vehicle will thank you.

Said this wasn’t their discount because they don’t do percentages, but after a minute he gave us a $ 10 dollar offer. Pretty nice, courteous customer service.

Williams Fast Lube is awesome, they are quick and thorough and their return customer discount is great. Who wouldn’t like $ 10 off every time, just for coming back?
