Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is definitely not closed, but it is on the Air Force Base so you must have a base pass to get there. I have been renting a car from them for months. They have had the most amazing customer service. Tevin was my first representative, he was friendly and professional. There was a little mix up with my pick up but he more then made up for it with a great rate and very quick service. I have also met Adele who worked with me on a late drop off. I was going on a vacation and wouldn’t be able to return my car on the scheduled day. She was awesome and very accommodating. Zach is my current representative and he has been amazing. He had a long line of customers first thing in the morning and he handled it like a pro. Calm and courteous to each and every one of us, answering phones, opening up shop. Got me signed up for membership. Like I said I have been renting a car from them for months! They all recognize me and treat me extremely fairly. Give my car a quick once over and send me on my way. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. Five stars for everyone!

worst customer service ever ! i have used this location twice and each time i have to call the other locations to find out where the staff is, then the only reason they give is the rep is moving cars from the terminal to the location. i work on travis afb and i have seen the staff slacking off in their services and there is no point making a appointment because they will show up whenever they want. when the rep did show up the car was not even cleaned or filled with gas, makes you question «what the hell were you doing «they have staff to move the cars so why does the rep have to close the office and place a wrong return time on the window? the last time i rented from this location they billed me 1 month later. there is no supervisor to file complaints with and no one ever follows up with you. our service men and women deserve better service then this. where do they find people to work for this company. i got better service with budget rentals on parker road. the customer service was excellent and they should get the contract on base instead of enterprise.

Second time having to use this place and totally disappointed at the customer service. Adele is very snobby and disrespectful. Don’t ask her questions because she will snap and back talk to you like a rude ghetto girl. Very upsetting for this type of manner on an Air Force Base like Travis.

Henry is great! I booked online and Henry called soon after to make sure I had base access and asked if I needed a ride. I booked economy but expressed interest in a higher class car I noticed in their inventory. Henry offered me the better car for a minimal price. Much better than online. This was an easy transaction and I would definitely use this location again.

Dirtiest car rental I’ve ever rented. The seats were nasty and had a lot of stains, I’m not even sure what those stains were! I don’t want to know! It smelled like someone just recently smoked inside the car as well. It was not cleaned at all before I picked up the car. I needed a car so I didn’t have a choice but to get it. I had to spray febreeze all over the car to cover the smell. Their computer system was apparently down when I picked up the car. They even forgot to get my credit card info so they had to call me a few days after I returned the car. Horrible experience.

Zach is AMAZING at his job. I sure hope that his boss reads this review. I was more than pleased at the level of customer service I received from Zach. I was flying space-​a flights from Hawaii during memorial weekend. Not only was Zach helpful in rearranging my reservation, but despite being busy when I came to get my car, I never felt like he was rushing me off. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone on a professional level that showed more than just basic effort performing his daily duties. I met up with another lady traveling space-​a. She said Zach assisted anyone needing a rental the day she arrived at Travis AFB, despite it being late and minutes before Enterprise was set to close. Zach, job well done. I hope when I return to Travis, you are still enjoying your job and I can deal with you again.

The gasket on my Jeep blew and I had to get it fixed but I needed a vehicle to get to and from work so I came here since it was convenient and located right on base. I set up an appointment and a vehicle to rent for the week while my car was being fixed. I asked for a sports sedan and was promised one but upon going to the store during my break, the only cars they had left were a minivan and Nissan Cube!!! I was so pissed off but I needed a car and had to suck it up and use the Cube.
They really didn’t care that I had a reservation, showed no interest in my disdain and gave me the impression that it was a «take it or leave it» situation that really didn’t affect them at all. Bad customer service and they don’t know how to keep a reservation.
