Travis Watch & Clock Repair

Came here to get my Seiko band resized after a bit of over indulgence the past year. The customer service and quality of work was outstanding! This place came highly recommended from a coworker and boy were they spot on. The turn around time on the adjustment was short and my band now fits perfectly.
They also do keys!

I found this place on Unilocal and gave them a call to see how much it would cost to have a duplicate key (transponder) made for my vehicle. I was surprised at how cheap it was because the dealership was charging almost triple of what the gentleman told me over the phone. I was a bit skeptical first, but decided to go with them because of other positive reviews.
Normally I don’t have access to the base, but I convinced a buddy of mine to bring me here after I offered him free lunch, hell I’m saving almost $ 300 anyway! Once we got to the shop a gentleman named David, who I believe is the owner, greeted us at the front counter. I gave him my information and the key and he told us it would be ready in about 5 to 10 minutes! Who knew it would be so fast? So my buddy and I ran next door to the food court to have lunch. After about half an hour, we came back and it was ready as promised. This all seemed too good to be true and added more onto my skepticism, but after about a year, the key is still working perfectly. It also has a lifetime guarantee just in case it decides to crap out. Can’t beat that!

This place never fails me every time I’ve been there I’ve had david help me with my watches because he never makes mistakes or tries to charge me any crazy prices like other stores around like the mall his knowledge with watches is the reason I’ve had functioning watches for years and I highly recommend this shop for your watch needs!!!

I don’t normally do too many positive reviews but Iv come to this place a few times since I was a youngster with my friends dad. The previous owner was friendly and his son that runs this place is friendly as well. I have yet to have a bad experience and we have had at least 30 different watches serviced by this place. The owner even stayed open a little longer for us the last time I was here.

Good watch repair places are hard to come by these days. So many places hire on kids straight out of high school and give only minimal training prior to working on pieces. I’ve had numerous watches scratched by mishandling by the repairmen/​women. This just wasn’t the case with David (the owner) at Travis Watch Repair. He’s a young guy with expert knowledge on repairing watches. I got my battery and crystal replaced here. David was able to do the work without putting a scratch or nick on my black watch. He’s my new «watch guy».

Excellent customer service. Has replaced several watch batteries over the years, fixed bands, and most recently repaired my favorite watch with new mechanism and new crystal. Even after having to order the parts he still got it done in a week!

I went here last week because a few of my watches batteries were done, and David helped me out there. HE was very helpful, and professional. He has a great attitude and goes above and beyond. He offered me some new classic black watches that I found very unique. GO here you get great service and for a great price!!!

Had my watch brought in for a new battery and a new glass face since mine was chipped on the side. Great customer service, speedy reply, and a great deal! David is the only person I will trust with my watch and jewelry.
