We are a family owned motel located directly on the Treasure Island Beach that stretches for almost three miles. Do not go. Do not go. Cops were called. Owner is rude and kicked us out for BBQ outside after going to Publix to cook out. No refund and residents were crazy. Zero stars. Screws them

Guy is rude and disrespectful. Yelled at me over the phone when a asked him to repeat what he said. Been there before and there was sand all over the place and the sheets smelled like urine. Would not recommend. There is a nice hotel across the bridge.

This motel does not even deserve a star the guy is awfully rude, we had a reservation for 2 nights and when we got there he charge us for 3 and he started arguing about it, we agree just because we wanted to have a nice weekend, when we went to bbq he was bitching saying that we were going to smoke his place, and told us that he did not want our business and that we should of stayed at home, and when you leave the room to go to the beach he will go inside your room and turn your ac off, this is the worst place, do your self a favor and avoid headaches, look for another place to stay and look at all the reviews before you book something.

This motel is nothing fancy but it has everything you need, the owner is very friendly and the location is unbeatable — a few minutes to John’s Pass Boardwalk, 30 sec to the beach & great access to anything you need (Publix, circle K, ice cream shops, etc)
