Energy Efficient Construction Company

I called and spoke with Mark from Energy Efficient Construction Co and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday January 19 at 5:00 pm. On the day of the appointment, January 19 at approximately 4:00pm, I received a call from AL stating that he needed to cancel our appointment and reschedule and to expect him rather than Mark. We decided to reschedule for the following day Wednesday, January 20 at 4:30pm. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, no one from Energy Efficient Construction Co showed or called. I waited about an hour and called the office but no one answered the phone. I waited two additional days and no one called to explain why the appointment date/​time was not honored. This is no way to run a business, very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Energy Efficient Construction makes the claims of superior service and outstanding customer service on their website. I, in no way feel as if my family received superior service or outstanding customer service from this company. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate AL when he needed to cancel the original appointment and he did not have the decency to attend the appointment or notify me otherwise. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of our Window, door, and counter top replacement project. Dale Howard was a joy to work with. All phases were completed as scheduled and the workmanship was 2^nd to none.
You will not go wrong with either price or quality of work by using Energy Efficient Construction. We highly recommend them!
