I was dissatisfied and frustrated with this insurance agent and his staff. I would not recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues on any occasion.
The staff was rude on the phone on multiple occasions. When Mark Zellner and associates made an error in my Homeowner/​Auto insurance policy after I had signed with them, I was informed of this quite callously by a staff-​member, and not the slightest hint of an apology was offered by staff or Mr. Zellner. When I decided to transfer the policy to a different provider I was met with continued rude and apathetic behavior. I have never experienced this sort of interaction with a group who are supposed to be professionals.
