The Paint Barn has been in business for over 45 years and treats customer satisfaction as the foundation of it’s business. We strive to treat customers fairly and honestly. The Paint Barn employs color specialists, interior designers, and trained decorators. The store offers a unique and high level of service not to be confused with an ordinary paint store. The Paint Barn has gained many satisfied customers, who sincerely appreciate the availability of color, product and design help. There are different programs available for professional color coordination either in-store or at home available for customers to choose from depending on the scope of their project and generally requires an appointment and a small good-faith deposit. We are very sorry to hear that our service was not up to par for some of our customers judging by some of the reviewer s. Please consider coming into our store to discuss some concerns to make it right in the future. Thank you, Bob Goldman

I have been going to paint barn for at least 10 years. I have had them install window treatments on all homes or investment properties owned and occupied. This has included 4 large homes with anywhere between 15 – 35 Windows each. The customer service, suggestions, time to complete the installations and all pricing were all exceptional and never a problem. I totally trust this place with their quality and pricing. I’ve had everything from mini blinds, wooden blinds, verticals to roller shades and plantation shutters installed. Never an issue with the quality and always timely and professional. Highly recommended.

The products Paint Barn carries are decent and that’s the only reason they get one star. Mark’s attitude will put Paint Barn out of business. He kicked me out of the store because I mentioned seeing the same product in another store for a lower price. Paint Barn is simply a distributor of products you can find at numerous other places with better service and pricing. Highly suggest staying away since this seems to be a repetitive pattern with this establishment.

Let me start out by saying Benjamin Moore has great paint quality. But when it comes to this location that is pretty much all it has to offer. I had a nice experience here about 6 years ago in which i bought the paint to do the entire interior AND exterior of my new home. Which is why I went back when it was time for my next project. First time I go and ask if I can speak with a designer for help with paint colors(as I did the last time). The curt gentlemen behind the counter says that if I am going to have a contractor do the painting I would need to leave a deposit on the paint to ensure they don’t go buy the paint at another BMoore after they’ve «helped» me. Fair enough. I definitely get that. So flash 2 weeks later I decide to DIY it instead and head back to the store, knowing I’m going to buy the paint cause I need it. As soon I walk in I right away feel uncomfortable. I walk to the counter and ask if there is someone I can speak with to advise me on paint for my project. He gets someone else and this guy looks at me like he is completely disinterested in helping me. He doesn’t even stop walking to answer my question, but merely takes it on the fly. He continues walking and just says, «No, there is nothing we sell to do that.» ANDKEEPSWALKING! I was so stunned that I just stood there. He must have noticed I was annoyed because he shouts from one aisle over. «Im sorry we don’t have it». I then just walked out. So what was my super crazy project I wanted advice on you ask? White washing! Which the nice gent over at Sherwin williams was nice enough to explain was diluting white paint and then applying to wood. In under 2 minutes he solved my problem and recommended a product which was great. Sorry Paint Barn, but you’ve lost a customer here and a $ 300 sale! I won’t be back.

While trying to support local business I went here for paint on our renovation. On each visit I had to seek out help and found the gentleman extremely rude. I am happy to pay for a color consultation(if need be) but shouldn’t a store have some type of conversation with you before asking for $ 25? I am happy to pay people for their expertise but will surely not be buying anything here.

DONOTGOHERE. HORRIBLE, RUDESERVICE. I went with my father to buy some wood stain & get some advice on refinishing our staircase. Mark is the main sales person at the store, and he was *extremely* rude & unhelpful. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Half the store is for paint supplies, another half of the store has hardwood floors & stair treads. When we asked Mark for a price for one of the hardwood floors, he asked us to come back tomorrow– just to get the price. When we asked if there were any way to get a price today, seeing how we had come all the way to the store, Mark got very angry. Apparently, he didn’t want to give us the price, and our asking for it was unacceptable to him. He *actually* kicked us out of the store. When we asked if he was«forcibly» pushing us out, he said(and I quote) «I haven’t laid hands on you– yet». I think this speaks for itself. Only go here if you want to be insulted & bullied around. There are many better places than this.

Been here for paint and flooring. The personal and attentive workers are what brings me back. I love this place.
