The owner(or the man who I believe is the owner) is a VERY rude person. I brought in some gold to get a price. He did take the time and tested and gave me a quote. I had also tested it before I came in. I spoke with him as he tested and inquired about a few things including his eBay store stating that I would rather buy local if I could(Which WAS true). After he quoted me, I told him thank you and that I wanted to get other quotes his demeanor changed and he became very rude. He told me to leave and not to come back because I wanted to shop around. Since he did the work to test it and talk to me he thought I was obligated to sell to him. At NO time did I tell him that I was going to sell to him I simply asked for his best price. I left per his instruction but told him to have a nice day and that I will NOT be coming back. He acted like a child who threw a tantrum when things didn’t go his way exactly. I have bought and sold there in the past but never had the misfortune of dealing with him. It’s sad that there are business owners out there who act like this and treat people so rudely. I wish I would have recorded his rudeness towards me so people could have seen it for themselves. My advice is to stay away from this store unless you plan on only doing exactly what the owner wants.

This place is a joke and if I could have given it no stars, I would have. I remember back in 1997, my family used to be friends with the Gordie Howe family(my parents met him and Colleen when the Howe’s began selling Amway) and in the mid 80’s, Gordie gave 3 autographed black and whites. One addressed to myself, one to my sister and another to my 4th grade class because they wouldn’t believe me that I knew Gordie Howe. When I came into this place in 1997 to sell the one addressed to my class because i needed money, this place offered me $ 50 for the picture. I thought that was decent. That was the last time i was here. Fast forward to today. I had a bunch of Michael Jordan basketball cards. About 17 of them ranging in value from $ 2 up to $ 10. I brought them in today and told the guy I was looking to get rid of them because they’re just taking up space. He literally took 5 seconds to scan and flip through a mere 2 – 3 pages out of about 7 or 8, closes it and says, «nah, all these are from the 90’s». Well, I don’t know what THAT has to do w/anything, but, actually about half of them were from 87 – 89. He didn’t even bother looking at the 4 – 5 loose cards in plastic cases and just rejected them. Then, the stupid lady that was standing next to him says in a nasty voice, «seen about 25 of THOSE today». They are lucky they caught me on a day when I haven’t hardly slept from insomnia for 3 days straight so I was tired and half out of it. But, in my mind, I thought, «b*tch, shut the fvck up. Nobody’s talking to you and nobody asked you anything. If I wanted your mouth open, I’d have dropped my pants». Places like this are probably why there are so few of these places around today. Because they’re too picky and don’t even really look at what they’re rejecting. I don’t even know how THIS place is still open.

Beyond excellent service. A little small inside. But for buying selling and trading. This is the place. Craig, the owner will tell you exactly what your item is worth as how much they are willing to pay. No real need to negotiate as they are always fair and honest.
