Vincent’s has 2 locations, my quest brought me to the one in Trenton today. A no frills shop, meaning you just go up to a window to order, then you are on your own as far as seating goes. Parking can be a bit tricky, you may want to just park in the 7 – 11 that is directly across from it. About 5 flavors each of soft serve and water ice, and less than 20 of scoop ice cream. I sampled chocolate cherry and salted caramel, the chocolate had a good flavor, but also had ice crystals, possibly an old batch? But the salted caramel was incredible, I will try this again with another flavor. Prices are very reasonable for this homemade treat, $ 3 for 2 scoops. I urge locals to give this spot a try, and not just because we share a name. 4 creamy Unilocal

Stopped here after dinner — mainly to see if they were still open. Luckily, they are still in business and Vincent is still the owner. Nothing much has changed since we were last here — the neighborhood is still a little shaky and the police still park in the lot across the street(no donuts for them, I guess). People were walking up the the window the whole time we were there so I guess the area is safe enough — or just a trouble free zone. I had the Cherry Chocolate in a cup, regular size, for $ 3.75. The portion was huge and the pricing fair considering the quality of the product.
