I’m not one to go online and post reviews but I had to share my comments with regards to Freedom Cooling and Heating. Signing a service agreement with Freedom Cooling and Heating was a terrible mistake. After their first seasonal tune-​up, my HVAC unit, which was in otherwise perfect working order, stopped working. I called them again to come see what was the matter, they returned and charged me close to $ 200 to replace a part that costs no more than $ 50. A day later after replacing the part, my HVAC unit is leaking water. I’m already in search of a different HVAC maintenance provider and should have never signed up with this company.
