Shenandoah Station

I lived here for 6 months and the management is excellent and so is the maintence. It also has paid utilities and for 960.00 a month you cant beat it. The apartments are a bit small but practical and fully stocked kitchen.
The walls are paper thin, the neighbors are all jerks. I had never had the police called on me for anything and i had a party on a friday night on the 4^th of july and the guy next to me calls the police 2 times and times it just right so we got a citation and had to pay an 80 $ fee.
Other than the neighbors this place isnt bad especially for Marines PCSing here that are waiting for housing. its the best choice within 10 miles of the base.
I live on base now and have more room than i need but other than a temporary solution i dont recommend it.
Oh and one more thing when you pay the security deposit you wont get it back. I turned my apartment in an immaculate shape and i still have yet to receive my security deposit 4 months later.
