A passion for great coffee and helping people connect, this pacific northwest family had a vision to bring a strong coffee culture to their new home in Florida. Perks Coffeehouse was the result of that vision. Come enjoy great coffee and make some connections!

I stumbled on this adorable local coffee house while waiting for a store to open in the same shopping center. The service was excellent. It’s well furnished with both tables and lounge areas, including a small reading book. Cute, cute, cute! And… the coffee is brewed to perfection.

The owner and daughter were very friendly and its a nice new local bussiness. We ordered a chai latte and iced green tea. Drinks are reasonably priced and were on point. Great place to study or work with big tables. A comfy couch and coffee table would be nice addittion for a more intimate coffee house atmosphere.

Nice and bright on the inside, bigger than I thought it would be. Not the biggest menu, but if you are looking for a quick cup, or a nice place to meet, other than Starbucks, this place is pretty good. I can easily become a regular.
