Specialties
Respect is what we teach in every class. We do this by using our technical expertise and experience to create confident, determined and skilled individuals that can not help but stand out. Whether young or senior, our students leave our program mentally strong and extremely positive for any new challenge life presents them. We teach our students traditional Taekwondo and effective self-defense.

I love to teach and watching the students grow with experience and over come challenges. I pride myself on making sure what the students learn can be applied outside of the studio and may help to protect themselves or somebody close to them.
