This is an unbelievably bad business. Two years ago I reserved three kayaks to rent. When we went to pick them up, as scheduled, during normal business hours, they were closed. We waited for one hour. I decided to try them again. Partly because I didn’t know where else to get what I needed. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what happened. The manager, Chase, apologized, said they have new management, and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. It just happened again. When I called, I spoke with the owner who simply cursed and said he’d be there in an hour. I left. Don’t go, you’ll regret it.
