Been here a hour and they are ordering phones for people that got here 30 minutes after us. Just a simple ESN change. Never go here. Worst customer service ever. No order. Horrible

The service here is quite slow but once you finally get help, the employees are pretty helpful.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order for the iPhone 5S on Thursday, September, 26, 2013, with one of the associates, Sean. I received an email notification on Friday, October 11, 2013, that my new phone had been sent via UPS and was expected to arrive at the Sprint Store in Troutdale on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. Mid-​afternoon that same day, the UPS site updated the tracking to read «A correct street number needed for delivery». I attempted to contact UPS to update the address but was informed that sprint would need to contact them. I spoke with Anthony, who assured me that as the store manager he would handle things. All that needed to be done was update the address to a valid delivery address (which should have been done in the first place).
The next day (via UPS tracking), my phone was shipped back to the original warehouse it had come from in Louisville, KY. I contacted Anthony again to request that he please fix the situation. I did not receive a call back at that time, so I called the customer service number for Sprint. I was informed that Sprint Corporate was not able to help me because I had already purchased a phone, and I would need to wait for Sprint Wireless to remedy the situation.
Throughout the course of four days, I repeatedly called Anthony to gather more information and attempt to correct this unfortunate situation. At no time was I offered a reasonable or appropriate solution or explanation. It took exactly four business days (with much prompting on my part) to determine that I would need to wait up to five business days for my account to be credited and then I would be eligible to get on another wait list (at the store of my choice) to order a phone.
Throughout this ordeal I was told numerous times how much work this was for the employees of the store; how much time and effort was being put into fixing this situation. I am hard pressed to believe that this is the case as it took four business days to do absolutely nothing. The end result was that the store canceled my order and told me to go get a phone elsewhere. It should also be said that when I went to cancel service with Sprint, the activation fee for a this phone had not been reversed and my contract continued to show that it had already been renewed (as if the original package had been delivered).
What a joke!
