Eco Nails – An Environmentally Friendly Spa

Such a great place! First time mani there and I’ll defiantly be back! Staff was super nice and Beckie did a great job on my nails! Super clean, relaxing, and inviting. Loved all the diffusers and essential oils! Can’t wait for my pedi next week!

Absolutely loved my pedicure, Nou was my tech she was professional and did a great job. Polish was perfect and massage was enjoyable. I will make this my go to place.

I don’t get out to get my nails done much but when I do go, I go to Eco Nails! They are by far the best! Best color selection! Best chairs! By far the best nail techs ever!

I have been to Eco Nails a few times with my daughter who is a hair stylist and spends hours on her feet every week and splurges on the deluxe reflexology pedi and I too have to say it’s the best and worth the extra few dollars over the standard pedi you’d get elsewhere. The technicians are very skilled at applying pressure to key areas of your legs and feet, the herbal treatments and aromatherapy are divine and the zero gravity chairs are unique and relaxing. I have some back and neck issues so will have to adjust my treatment in the future but overall I am very happy with the service, attention to detail and friendliness of the staff. The décor and spa music are also relaxing. I would like to get a manicure next! Helen was my technician and she was great! So glad to have this kind of spa for pedis close to my home. My feet (and my husband) thank you!!!
One question– since reflexology is an ancient holistic treatment, are your technicians trained to know which areas of the feet correspond to the specific organ groups of the body? I noticed some «changes» when one of the areas of my left foot were being worked on but my technician seemed surprised when I told her that. I know there are maps of the feet. Do you provide them? I know you’re not doctors but your services certainly aid more than just your clients feet! :)

While I hate that I always have to make an appointment on the weekends (I’ve tried walk ins a few times, and it’s always a several hour wait) it sure is a testament to how great this place is! I’ve only gotten pedicures, but they are incredible! They recline the chairs back when massaging and exfoliating your feet and legs, and do an incredible job. As long as I live in this area, this is the only place I’ll go for my nails.

This is hands down my favorite nail salon. Super relaxing experience from start to finish. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure you leave happy.
Make sure to get a pedicure here — they give long and amazing leg/​foot massages.

I have been to Eco nails before and the first time I went it was terrible. My SHELLAC nail polish came off in two days and they blamed it on my hormones. I went back into the salon and they were very nice about fixing them. I was still very upset because they tried to give an excuse and were obviously upset that I had come back in. I was determined to get my money’s worth so I did!
So I had not gone back to Eco nails in two years because of that experience. I finally decided to give it another try because my friend loves it there. So I went and was thrilled! They did an awesome job and I just love the salon as a whole. It’s very nice and I love that it is Eco friendly! I am so glad that I decided to give it another try because my nails look awesome! I got a shellac mani and a regular pedi! They are very helpful and happy to answer any questions that you may have! The only downside was the lady who sits behind the counter when you initially walked in was not so nice to my friend. She said that this is not the first time this has happened and as we were walking out another customer made a joke to us about how grumpy she was. Beyond that, it was a fantastic experience and I will return!

Excellent service! One of the better nail salons I’ve ever visited. You don’t have that rushed feeling that usually comes with most salons. My experience was truly relaxing and the technicians genuinely care about your experience. I would highly highly recommend. Won’t be going anywhere else!

Wow. Loved this salon. I got a pedicure and it was, by far, the best one I have ever received. The chair was amazing. So relaxing. My nail tech, Becky, was great and let me nap. Seriously. The chair, when it reclines, for the massage is amazing. I will definitely come back!

Called and made a last minute appointment a couple weeks ago. I was leaving right after for an out of town wedding that I was standing up in, and was feeling super stressed and ready to check one more thing off my list. But as soon as Thao (I believe?) started my pedi, I put down my phone and relaxed. Best pedi ever!!! The manicure was amazing as well. I got shellac for the first time, and still don’t have a single chip. Cant wait to come back!

Wow — wow — WOW! I’m really not one to leave reviews but I really can’t help myself. I came here a week ago with a couple of girlfriends for a mani/​pedi. I’ve dabbled at other places and my good friend kept urging me to try this place. When she would talk about it, I always thought it was probably really expensive. Finally, I said OK let’s try it out. Well the last 2 times I’ve wanted to go it’s been last minute. Note: you MUST make your reservations early. We called a week in advance to get Saturday morning appointments for 3 mani/​pedis. Some will look at this as an inconvenience, however. When you go in. Your appointment time is actually booked for you! Everywhere else I feel like they TELL you that you have an appointment slot. But you still wait at LEAST 15 minutes to be seen. We checked in and sat right down. We were offered tea or water. The pedicure was like no other. Best of the best. I had oils, salts, an INCREDIBLE massage. My nail technician, Tau, (I apologize I’m sure my spelling is way off) was so concerned about me personally. Always asking if this hurts or if that is uncomfortable. I’m full term in my pregnancy and she was so accommodating to my every need! She didn’t carry on with full conversations to the other nail techs like at most places. She was fully engaged as me as her client at that time. She spoke clearly and was incredibly kind. There was not a noisy TV or corny music in the background. There was calming music and waterfalls and essential oils misting through the air. My shellac manicure was not only beautiful, but the hot towels and massages were far more than anything I’ve received at other places. My last mani/​pedi was at Nails 07 and I paid $ 100 (tip included). My nails chipped in a week and my pedicure did not last very long either. I really thought when I approached the payment counter at EcoNails that it would be the same cost. However. I was charged the same as I have been at other mediocre salons that rush you in and out in under an hour. I got it all for $ 60. Tipped $ 20. AND got a reward card — something else I’ve never received after years at other salons. I will never go anywhere else.
A week later, here I am at the salon again because of a chipped nail. I called and they said come in at any time! Che redid the whole nail at no charge and wouldn’t even except a tip. Is this place real??? I have a gift card to get my nails done somewhere else and I just want to sell it or give it away because I will literally never ever go anywhere else. I’ve never been so happy with service especially at a nail salon. EcoNails has gained a lifetime member. I’ve shared my thoughts with ALL of my friends and we are all coming in after the baby comes! CANNOT WAIT!!!

Wonderful service! I experienced the Ancient Asian Royal Pedicure and It was wonderful! The foot massage was wonderful I was comforted by the fact that they line the whirlpool foot spa with a disposable plastic liner.

Every single time I call to make an appointment, i’m told there is no availability. Further, they don’t even offer WHEN their next available openings are. It is a great location, and great staff, and IF you can actually get in, its worth the money. However, if a customer is calling to make an appointment — it seems the appropriate thing to do is to say, «I’m sorry, we don’t have openings today… but, our next available openings are on _​_​_​_​_​_​» Instead, my conversations go like this:
Me: «Do you have any openings this afternoon?» Response: «No, sorry.»
Me: «Well, how about tomorrow?» Response: «No, none then either.»
Me: «Ok, how about the next day?» Response: «No, we’re booked then too.»
Finally, i get frustrated and just hang up. I’m not sure what kind of clientele they can maintain without being helpful to customers that WANT to frequent your business…

Yesterday was my first time here and I keep thinking why have I waited so long to come here?
This is not like your typical nail salon, it’s much better! You don’t have the loud buzzing, humming, zinging of drills running. There are NO Tv’s that are blasting the news, talk shows, or even cartoons, and not a long row of people waiting in stiff chairs. Instead, you are invited into a dim lit room with the aroma of lavender and lemon. You hear the soft trickle of water and it’s very quiet and peaceful. You actually feel relaxed and don’t even want to speak.
I went with a girlfriend and we both sat in the small, but comfy waiting area while we browsed through shellac and nail colors. We did not wait long at all for our appointment (maybe 5 mins)
The manicures and pedicure are soothing and it’s unlike anything I have had at a nail spa. Warm bowls of water with lemon to rest your hands in, hot towels, and a long hand massage with lotion.
The pedicures are TO DIE FOR!!! The chairs alone are wonderful. They recline all the way back like a bed and you are laying there while the nail technician massages your feet (best massage ever by the way) I was about to fall asleep with how great it felt and the room being so quiet and peaceful it’s hard to not shut your eyes for a few moments.
The technicians are fantastic — they are friendly and hardly speak when the service is being performed so you can actually relax and enjoy. They offer water or tea and always ask before cutting, trimming, or painting if this is okay.
I will be coming here again because it was such a great experience!
Ps — they also offer a membership award card, that is free, which gives you points for every dollar you spend. You could earn enough for a bottle of nail polish, free manicures, and pedicures. It’s a nice perk to keep you coming back.

My two sisters and myself had 3 appointments: all at the same time the afternoon of my bachelorette party. We waited for 30 mins past our appt times and we were not greeted in this time either. We finally asked what’s happening because we had early dinner reservations in Detroit and were on a schedule.
The long & short of it, they only got to me! They either took too many walk-​ins or overbooked and could not get to us. We received a flippant «sorry» and that was it! No explanation. Nothing.
Well, I started complaining… And we each received a $ 5 gift certificate.
The staff was rude and unprofessional.
Furthermore, my gels were peeling in a few days because they were rushing so much.
With so much competition, they really need to step up their game. Go to InStyle Nails down the street. Much better option and less expensive.

Luxurious spa-​like experience! I can honestly say I’ve never had a mani/​pedi experience quite like this. I love that they use Now essential oils in your pedi water along with diffusing essential oils in the air. Adds massively to your overall relaxation. They also have special zero gravity pedi chairs that are fully reclined for an awesome massage and nail painting. Another show stopper is their awesome scrub and heated lotion. That’s right, heated lotion! Oh, they even place a lemon in your manicure water. Super cute and natural. The services are well thought out giving you a wonderful spa-​like experience from end to end. I also love that they use environmentally friendly items and take the time to recycle too.

This is a great nail place. I’ve been here twice and I loved the service I got. I got a shellac nail polish change once and a shellac manicure another time. The women that work there are really friendly, efficient and thorough. They add little extras that I love like they keep their lotion in warmers so it’s not freezing when they put it on you. The place is decorated really well and is very relaxing.
My only complaint is that both times I got shellac, at least one nail would peel by the time I got home. It didn’t look terrible but I paid a lot of money and I get shellac so it doesn’t come off. I think the problem is they don’t paint the nails all the way to the end so there is a small stripe of nail that isn’t painted and that is what peels.
They also have a point card so you can save up for a free mani/​pedi and many other services.
I would give them a 3.5÷5.

One of my best beauties got married in August, 2014. I was lucky and honored to be a bridesmaid and we all ended up going here for a little mani /​pedi the day before the wedding. And let me tell you, this place is AHHHHHH-​MAZE-​ING.
The staff there was so welcoming and accommodating. They have these outrageously comfortable massage chairs they put you in while you are getting your pedicure. The best, I mean the BEST part? Half way through your pedicure, they recline all the way back so it’s like you are getting an actual massage. It is crazy out of control goodness. The chocolate covered strawberries and mimosas we were given as we sat down were a nice added touch, but let me tell you when I was reclining back? Man. That really did it for me.
The manicure and pedicure lasted for almost 3 weeks. It was not any more expensive than any other nail salon for gel manicure for my nails or a regular pedicure for my toes.
It was a memorable experience I will never forget and I recommend ANYONE getting their nails done to go here. You will not regret it. I promise.

I can understand why all the 5 stars. Nordstrom Spa is my favorite place to get a pedi. However, Nordstrom Spa is a bit too expensive. This place is just as good. Maria was the person who did my pedicure. She was awesome. I love how the chair reclines. The leg and foot massage were so relaxing. I did not want my pedicure to end, I was so relaxed. The place is very clean. I am looking forward to my next pedicure here. Oh, a pedicure he is about $ 27.

You know how sometimes you go to a salon and feel like you didn’t get your money’s worth? Well here, you can expect the complete opposite! Everything about this experience was perfection. Warmly greeted at the door, offered coffee or tea, wonderful technician, great mani and pedi skillfully done. And they were not lying about those laying back chairs… amazing!
No harsh smells, wonderful atmosphere. And what is that delightful scrub? Smells like energizing bliss! Honestly, the best nail salon I’ve been to, and very inexpensive for the experience.
Ps. I recommend an appointment. They were pretty busy in the middle of the day on a Monday.
