We had a repair person out to look at our Bosch front-​loading washing machine. It cost $ 79 for the service call, and that seemed reasonable to me because the repair person came out about 25 miles and spent about 15 – 20 minutes examining our machine. He was able to fix our issue simply by adjusting our drain hose, and while he was there gave us a few other helpful hints to use with our machine.
I wish this was something we would have known how to fix without help, but since that was not the case the service call price was worth it to get someone that knew what they were doing. They are one of the only certified Bosch repair companies in our area, would definitely recommend.
