Dr. Kelley graduated from Michigan State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. He was then accepted and attended on of the top ranked dental schools in the nation, the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1983.

Dr. Kelley graduated from Michigan State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. He was then accepted and attended on of the top ranked dental schools in the nation, the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1983.

He is a member of the American Dental Association, a fellow of the Academy of Dentistry International, Michigan Dental Association, Oakland County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, International Association for Orthodontics, American Association for Functional Orthodontics, Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, L.D. Pankey Alumni Association, American Equilibration Society, and the World Congress of Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Kelley has been chosen as one of America’s Best Dentists since 2002 by the Consumers’ Research Council of America.
