Mr. Bosler is an experienced attorney practicing in Michigan since 1982, and admitted to practice in Illinois (1983) and Florida (1989). Educational background includes an advanced Masters Degree in Corporate and Finance Law from Wayne State University, Juris Doctor degree from University of Detroit Law School, and Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. Mr. Bosler is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and U.S. Tax Court. He has been an adjunct professor of Construction Law at Macomb Community College and currently serves on the panel of Commercial Neutral Arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association.
