The Adventure of a Lifetime! Become a Scuba Diver in 2 short weekends. We teach under PADI, Professional Association of Dive Instructors, the world’s largest recreational dive training agency. We offer all levels of scuba training from Open Water through Advanced, Rescue, Emergency First Responder, and Divemaster. We also teach specialty certifications in Wreck, Deep, Ice, Drift, Nitrox and Cave diving.

I’ve been an active in scuba diving for over 15 years and have certified hundreds of divers of all ages. I love introducing students to the underwater world! I’ve been diving all ove the world, but some of my favorite dives are right here in the Great Lakes. The carribean is a little warmer, but there’s something breathtaking about the amazing shipwrecks we have in the Great Lakes.

I am a huge fan of scuba coming from Miami Florida I grew up on the water, but when I moved to Michigan I was worried that would end, but thanks to Rob and Motown Scuba michigan waters ate now being explored by a Miami guy!

Rob made learning scuba such an enjoyable experience. He moved at a great pace, allowing me to get comfortable with each skill before moving on to the next and he was very thorough and patient with all the divers learning that weekend. I left feeling very comfortable and prepared. The pool for initial instruction is private and comfortably heated, and the open water dive at the end was very interesting and really brought together everything I learned in the pool. We even got to explore sunken planes and a silo on the certification weekend and it was a blast! I would definitely recommend Rob and Motown Scuba to anyone who wants to learn.
